This casino has delayed my payment by 3-4 months now. I have been on their chat which I should add is the worst chat experience I have ever experienced due to the time it takes to talk to a customer service representative. This varies from 20 minutes to 40 minutes and once I do get in contact with the rep, I am told only that my withdrawal has been escalated to the finance department and that I will be paid out. When asking for a date, they simply say in due time and that I will get paid. I have had to go through the painful process of trying to get in contact with them over 10 times now wasting several hours just waiting in front of the computer to just be told that I will get paid and never do. What makes this even more suspicious is that they reduce my withdrawal to look like they made a payment when they haven't. I have received minor payouts in the past from this casino using International Wire Transfer so payment method isn't the issue. I am fully verified and to my knowledge, have won my winnings of $10,000 complying with the casino rules.
