So I am re submitting the complaint so that I can attach more transcripts that I have found. My issue if resolved I can already see is that they are going to pay me bitcoin at the current market value. Which is not correct. See I submitted my request for withdraw on 2/10/17. After several delays and many chats with support I started to get the notion that they were not going to pay. I requested that the money be sent in bitcoin. They said okay. Requested that I send my wallet address including my name and UserID to the email address they provided. Which I had done. Still no payment made. Periodically Ive signed on and initiated a new chat request with support to find out what the hell is going on. Not to my surprise I was told the same thing. "I assure you every withdraw is paid", "I will escalate this issue immediately" and "Sorry for the inconvenience, but I cannot tell you when you will be paid, please be patient."
So my withdraw request for $2500 I am told I only get $200 of it even though i met the playthrough requirements the max withdraw limit is only $200. Which was not in any fine print or in the terms of the deposit.
Even so, My request for $200 to be paid in bitcoin is 20.21% of the market price of a bitcoin at the time of withdraw 2/10/17 which was 989.74 the days lowest market value.
So my extended complaint is that not only did I not get paid, when and if they do pay it needs to be .2021 in BTC. I have added the transcripts here so that support here can be thoroughly familiar with this complaint. Am I wrong for being weary that cool cat casino is going to make an attempt at paying the incorrect Bitcoin amount of the current market price?
