Ladbrokes Casino - Their verification is a slow pain

I normally withdraw my winning at my local Ladbrokes shop. And 2 weeks ago couldn't bother to go. So i attempted to withdraw online... Big mistake i;ve learned. First £90 no problem was withdrawn/transferred within 6 hours to my Skrill account. but after when i mad some more withdraw requests, my account was frozen/locked. I understand why, they're being cautious & want to verify me. So yeah i received an email basically asking (not going to copy & paste full email) for 1. "ID (Particularly Passport or any Government ID's)" & "2. Proof of address - preferably a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last twelve months. " Via the secureform link/page I attached & sent a picture/photo of my passport & scan of my npower utility bill After +5 days, i receive an email: " Thank you for contacting us regarding your account: Sherwin7. We have received the copy of your ID and proof of address that you sent to us. However we cannot accept the document as valid because we cannot verify the authenticity due to poor image quality and the copy of your ID is cropped. May we request you to provide a full clear photographed copy of your valid ID and alternative valid proof of address such as bank statement or utility bill showing the registered billing address in your account. " Ok. So this time i sent a picture of my passport (not cropped, all edges visibly viewable & high resolution) & a picture of my utility bill that was the floor and a HQ/high-res scan of the same utility bill. AND i also included a Hi-res scan of a hospital bill that also has my address & full name on it. I sent all 4 on the 10th. Now +6 days on the 15/02/16 at 9:23 PM finally received email from Ladbrokes docs team: " Dear Mr. Saeedi, Thank you for contacting us regarding your account: Sherwin7. Please be informed that the copy of your ID and proof of address were not accepted as valid. The Security Department is requesting you to provide a full clear photographed copy of an alternative valid ID and valid proof of address such as bank statement or utility bill showing the registered billing address in your account. To send the above requested documents: - Please click on the this link - https://secureform.ladbrokes.com/default.aspx?purpose=av - Click 'Accept and Proceed'. - Fill in your details - Username, Firstname, Lastname and Email address. - Upload your file(s) requested by Ladbrokes. - Ensure that the Purpose field is pre-selected as Account Verification. - Enter the number displayed for security purposes. - Finally click Send files. If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we will be happy to help you. Kind regards, Charina CDD/Docs Agent " Quite upsetting as you can see.. After patiently waiting & waiting again... *SIGH* i don't understand how are the picture & scan of both my passport (ID) & my utility bill (address) "not valid". I swear the same pictures & scans i sent to/for my Pockit.com mastercard were successfully accepted by them: Here's screenshot for the people who want to see: http://i.imgur.com/KDHBtxY.png So i know the docs i have sent Ladbrokes are VALID.. I don't have an alternative valid ID and alternative valid proof of address. I would send Ladbrokes another if i had, but i honestly swear i don't.. I don't have a car (no driving license) and i don't have a bank account (no bank statement). And sorry i'm not going to male/open a bank account just for Ladbrokes. Quite upsetting & disapointing to be honest, I think i only have less than £80 left in my Ladbrokes balance. i don't understand why Ladbrokes play these games & delay the process. As i've read elsewhere i wouldn't be surprised if still o submit alternative docs, they would probably after ask for a picture/photo of my face next to my ID. Would it be possible please if i could go to my local Ladbrokes shop & in person so them or the manager these docs.. Surely that wouldn't be a problem
