Hi, I received an email from Slotobank Casino this morning offering me a 100% bonus plus 100 free spins on South Park for a minimum deposit of €20 . I made the deposit and contacted live chat despite the fact they give you a code for the bonus offer but there is nowhere to enter a code on the deposit pages, live chat told me to email support which when they replied to my query told me that the offer is no longer valid although I only got the email about the offer that morning it was no longer valid???
This has happened to me before,you always have to contact live chat to get the bonus but they never give you the free spins you are supposed to get. I let it go before and didn't follow up on it. Would appreciate any help you can give me regarding this issue. Attached is a screenshot of the email.
