OK bet-at-home have owed me £1450 since January 25th. I sent them my documents they asked for. They then said my ID photo was too blurry so I took another photo and sent that. It was certainly clear enough in my opinion. They are now saying there is some irregularities in my documents which there definitely is not. They wont explain to me what the problem is or anything so I have decided to make a complaint here. I sent them my driving license and bank statement which they asked for, nothing wrong with them whatsoever.
