I tried to withdraw £110 over 37 hours ago but it still isn't processed!! I've tried sending a message on the site (it won't work) I've emailed regarding this yet all i received was the same automated email twice just saying it had been passed to correct department etc so I tried calling customer support but have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through!! This is totally unacceptable!! Why should I bother depositing any more money or using the service again if I can't withdraw and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone!!
