Captain Jack Casino - Waiting to be paid for almost a month!

I have been a member of Captain Jack Casino for over a year and has never had this kind of problem when withdrawing. I withdrew $2300 February 13, 2016. I was approved for $1250 February 17 2016 with a balance of $1050. As of this date March 8, 2016 I have not received the the $1250 and the $1050 is still waiting to be approved. I called the Payout Dept and talked to Robin on March 3, 2016 who said she would escalate the withdrawal and to call back in two days. I tried calling her today but she wasn't available each time even though I left my number for her to call me. I am getting very frustrated. I called again the Andrew Dominguez of Customer Service said she wasn't available and go online to Captain Jack Chat service. I informed him of already going there and they referred me to the Payout Dept. He will try to escalate it again, but that's all he could do. I haven't received the $1250 and the $1050 has still not been approved. Don't know what's going on because it has never taken this long and I've never got the run-around until now. I didn't use any Bonuses, just my money. Please investigate.
