I've been trying to get a withdrawl for 4500Swedish Kronor. Every time I try, I get the money Rolledback into my account without any real explanation.
1st time: I got an mail that said they needed ID and documents. This is something i've already sent in and gotten approved because I made 2 successful withdrawls before. I contacted the chatsupport and they verified that my documents were approved and I should make the withdrawl again. I also wrote an email.
2nd time: I contacted chatsupport again, this time he said that I only get to take out max. 500Euros. I told him that 4500SEK is only 483Euros. He told me withdrawl again and he contact the right department and get back to me.
3rd time - I got another mail about ID and documents. Talked to ChatSupport and they told me that my documents was approved and that it probably was an auto-email. The girl couldn't tell me why it got Rolled back bt she would contact the right department. After this I sent an long email to them because it seemed that chatsupport can't access anything of use.
I have screenshots of all the chats and I have saved all emails.
Can someone at Slotobank please respond?
