I won a jackpot on 12th March, I made the withdrawal request straight away. The next day operations department asked me to submit documents to verify my ID, I did this and the next day they emailed me saying they had verified my ID and any restrictions on the account had been removed. Then the next day I received an email saying I need to to send notarized documents in. So I went and go my documents notarized and uploaded them the same day (15th March) I was told it would tak 72 hours to hear something back! So I waited and waited and finally on 20th March they replied saying that my photo ID didn't match the name on my account. I had previously explained that this was in my married name and sent a copy of my wedding certificate. All my notarized utility bills are in my married name which is on the account. They asked me to reply with an explanation for the discrepancy, which I did but I still haven't had a reply. It has now been 8 business days since I requested the withdrawal and it still hasn't been processed!
