Cool Cat Casino - Getting run around on payment

Hello, I have played at coolcat, club player and prism casino and have winnings from all of them. All won in the same week in February and all have been approved for payment. One was approved on Mar 4th the other on the 11th and the last one coolcat which was the first one I won at was approved on the 15th. 2 weeks ago I received an email saying we haven't seen you in awhile and I said well I'm not playing at your casinos till I see if I get my money first. Them I was contacted by Josh and he said that I was priority and that he personally would be in charge of getting my payment and that it was going to be expedited and he gave me a phone number and his extension and that he would keep me updated by email. Since then I haven't heard a word from him and it's disappointing cause I didn't want to have let it come to this cause I didn't mind playing at their casinos. Since then I have left numerous emails with them saying that someone will get back to you in 1 business day and nothing. I called and have talked to them last week and told me that the payment should go out by the end of week and nothing as I talked to someone yesterday and they said the same as before that we will have these expedited. I believe they just tell you what you want to hear and it's kind of sad to be like that. I could see if there was a problem with 1 of my accounts but all 3 is just ridiculous. My winnings are $2800 coolcat, 700 prism casino and 500 from club player
