I have pending withdrawals totaling 13.5btc from FortuneJack casino which have been pending for well over 24 hours. FortuneJack's policy is all withdrawals under 5btc are instant, however, mine have not been processed yet. I did the withdrawals in (3) 4.5 btc increments in order to get them instantly which did not work. After the 3 withdrawal requests, I did another for .69btc and it came through instantly. I have a screenshot of the transaction numbers and the withdrawals on my account transaction page if needed. I messaged support twice on the issue and have received no response. My last message to support said I will be contacting AskGamblers and reporting my experience to all blogs if I do not receive my withdrawal soon.
