Hi , I won at Fenix casino in early July and have been trying to get paid ever since for the first 3 weeks they just said it was coming this was via live chat then they said my account needed validating so i did that , then live chat said i was a priority to be paid next this was in August and everytime i go on live chat they tell me to email support at fenix and i will be paid . Twice on live chat once i asked about payment they just cut me off so i am just going round and round in circles . There is no phone number and no response to any emails at either of the live chat emails they suggest . Please advise me how to get help it's daylight robbery , I attach emails from live chat where the live chat says they have new owners but this is in August ?? Merci
