I have some withdrawals pending from Jan/2016 and Mar/2016. The one(s) from January totaling $637.00 has already been sent to the processing dept. and I've been told I should receive an email, which I'm still waiting for 2 months. Casino personnel always pretends to show they are helpful, they elevate or put priority on my account, they are always sorry for the delay, or do not understand why it's taking so long, prepaid debit cards, checks etc etc.
Bottom line all excuses and no result.
