Hello I am a women who's never bet on football I decided to try it with my brother I won $3500 and requested a withdrawal check by carrier. I received my check late and with a notice to not cash it which sounds fishy right there cuz they diffently do not tell you that as you request a check over the phone. I brought the my check down to the bank and the did th process to verify bank and funds and took my check saying it was fraudulent. I called bovada and they gave me the run around and said there checks could take up to 10 weeks to clear because there international drafts which they don't tell you and that it is real with no routing number. I then told them do stop payment and wire it in to my account and they said they would but nothing again every time I call it's some different story or excuse of why they can't send it yet cuz processing time and that there real. I personally don't recommend anyone to use this place you won't get your money your just giving them yours it seems like. If you just keep your winnings in the account and keep spending tell it's gone there great but the second you want your money out its full run around and different stories. I will repost with updates. I just don't see my money getting to me sounds like fraud.

Hello. I have two withdrawals that planet seven owes me. The first one for $2056 was approved back on November 8th, 2016, 2 1/2 months ago. The second one, totaling $847 was approved November 15, 2016, two months ago. I have been informed that the payment for $2056 was sent to third-party processing news on December 21, 2016. I was informed the second payment for $847 was sent to third-party processor's January 5, 2017. It is now January 16, 2017. Several of us have gotten together on Facebook who have the same problem with planet seven and many of them have received their money when they were approved after I was. This is very frustrating. I am a level two VIP player and have been playing it planned at seven for almost a year. I rarely request a withdrawal and when I do this is what happens. I like the casino, I like the games, I like many of the chat people. But what fun is it to play and what motivation do I have to refer my friends when I am treated like this with a simple withdrawal. The excuses I get are numerous and mind-boggling. They range from we moved to a new location to third-party processors take an extra long time. I'd like to remind planet seven that is not my problem. When I comes time to deposit they take my money immediately. I cannot recommend this casino to anybody at this point in time until I receive my withdrawals and get some assurance that this problem will be fixed in the future. I've had a account with super casino a number of years now, I deposited a few payments in the last month and when I went to withdraw winnings £336.64, I was asked to send documents to verify my account, (ok that's fine many casinos do this I understand it's to Provent fraud,) I sent all required documents to them and received email thanking me for documents, was told to wait up to 72 hrs to verify documents, it's now been 6 days and I have contacted them by live chat and phone and the lady in the phone said lots of people are waiting to documents tonne verified and I just have to be patient, but they stated 72 hrs not 6 days, they will let me deposit but won't process my withdraws is there anything u can do to speed up this process, £336.64 is a lot of money to me, hope u can help thanx tom Mitchell

On thanksgiving I won $2500 and requested a withdraw. I sent in all the requested documentation 5 times to many different emails as they kept saying they hadn't received it. Finally the 8th of December it was approved. Now since then I have received numerous excuses for not receiving my funds including the companycmoved to Prague and was taking longer than usual, then they only processed payments 2 days a week, then their processor was closed from December 20th till January 3rd, then they were having computer problems, and so many more. Continuously being told to wait 5 days, or that it was escalated. I just sent in another withdraw request so that I can move onto a different side. This is very frustrating and feel like I'm being lied to day after day after day.

I've been a player on Rich Casino for many years, and they were absolutely great. Staff is always nice and payouts always processed in a timely manner. However, I won $9000 and due to my VIP status only $1000 is to be processed weekly, but they are using delay tactics and instead of processing payouts 1000 a week, it takes 10-15 days or even longer and that with me chasing them. Currently I have $2000 pending for process, one is from January 6th, and today is the 16th and they still haven't processed, they always say 'tomorrow' but tomorrow never comes. I still have $4000 in my account and at this rate I will get payouts that will end in April. I am sure they are using delay tactics not to payout... but this is unacceptable, they should be paying out. I write to their accounting and VIP manager every week, and chase my payouts... the surpervisor 'Randy' keeps telling me that it'll be paidout next week or next day and he is always fighting his point instead of being customer satisfaction oriented. Doesn't want to see reason, and is rude. I have always liked Richcasino but now my mind has changed because a win of $9000 is taking too long, I won the big amount back in December, thus far I only had 3 payouts. They say that payouts are processed after 3 days, but this is not the case. Nobody gives me an explanation either, the accounting doesn't respond to emails either. Hello, I won some money playing at casinoluck and wanted to withdraw using neteller since I was told it would be within 24 hours and it was the quickest method. I did this and 24 hours passed with no action. I contacted them the next day and they said it would be within a few hours and I should not worry. More than 6 hours pass and I ask them again and they tell me they are struggling to get money into neteller and that bankwire would have been easier since they always have money in their bank account. I said ok and contact them again the next day and they say everything is OK and they are just waiting on the manager to sign off on the withdrawal. I wait for another day and contact them again since nothing happened and they tell me another security measure has been triggered and it's out of their hands. I ask for a time limit and they don't give me one and say it can be indefinite.... They just keep changing the story and at this stage I don't know what to do because they don't even give me a proper time frame. On December 20, I received a jackpot winning. That same day I made a withdraw for $2000. I then promptly submitted the required documents to the email provided on the form, accounting@slotmadness.com. I then waited a week and contacted the casino via the chat session. These session (7) were worthless, as each time I was asked if I sent the documents. One session, the chat agent said that I sent it to the wrong email address and said to email the docs to creditcard@ and manager@. I stayed on the chat line while I sent the email again. The agent confirmed that they received the documents. Meanwhile, the withdrawal was not approved until 07 January 2017. (18 days after request) I then asked for an updated status with the chat agents, each time they would ask which email did I send from and to which address I sent to, telling me they still had not received the documents. Once they received the documents they said they were missing a credit card and an authorization form. I informed them that the credit card they requested was no longer in my possession, I had reported this card stolen. I was told that I needed to submit a valid visa card. I explained that I had made most of my deposits via Bitcoin, and had never used the Visa that they were now wanting. Nonetheless I sent the new visa and form. I tried to confirm the received credit card and auth form but was not able t do so until a week later. I continued to contact the chat session every day to ask for an update. And for the past two weeks I have been told that my profile says that it is missing the original Visa (reported stolen by me). I sent an email explaining the lost/stolen credit card a dozen times and have spoken to the agents a dozen times as well with no movement on the account.

I have requested a payment on 11.10.2016 for $2200, and just like everyone else I have not received it as of 1/17/2017. I have got the same run around as every one else on these posts. Please submit more paperwork, please bear with us we are going through some changes, your payment has been processed and sent to our 3rd party, etc.... They are like a bad slot machine that never pays! They keep giving the run around saying 2 more weeks and you will get a check, well guess what it has been over 120 days and no check only excuses! I have been waiting two months for my $8000 payout and have received nothing. Supposedly one of the payments for $2400 has been sent to the processor, but that was on dec 23 and I have not received the check or a tracking number. The support people at planet 7 just keep giving me the same runaround about how it's a busy time for there and to be patient and my payout has been escalated, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to receive any of my winnings. Also, the managers will not reply to emails. Also, I have the chat screen captures from the conversations. I would really like to get this resolved. Thanks
