10Bet Casino - Unjustified account closure and confiscation of winnings over £11,000

I have been a member of https://www.10bet.co.uk/casino/ for 5 months and from when I signed up I would always play Starburst slot game as a bit of fun really without putting that much money in and even though I came very close I didn't manage to win. I was then emailed and re emailed about great bonus offers and how long left I had to use them, the temptation was to much and suddenly at least 3/4 times a month I found myself back playing a few different slot games again with no wins and always feeling guilty about the money I had just wasted especially coming up to Christmas. Then in December I was sent another email with an offer to play slots, it was like they was reading my mind but I had such bad luck I wasn't sure what to do. I decided to put in another 200 pounds and play a slot called Piggy Riches, this time I was very lucky with some great 5 in a row on the lines!! But little did I know because I took the promotion offered to me that meant I was locked in bonus so had to do loads more spins and my balance was going up and down. Upon checking I could now withdraw my money my balance was 11,500 I was buzzing, delighted and just before xmas so couldn't be happier and I told all my family about my win and what I would get them. A few days went past still so happy and nothing had hit my bank account so I logged in and see that my withdrawal was still pending, didn't think nothing of it as maybe payments might take 5 working days. Christmas came and went and I now I was becoming pissed off, so I logged online to the chat facility to be told 10 bet had requested that I send them my passport, bank card front and back and a bank statement or proof of address. Found this email in my junk folder so this calmed me down and was kind of my fault for not checking there. I then sent all my documents and was emailed back to say they was not clear enough ( which they was you just had to zoom) so I sent them again as larger files that was clearer. I was then emailed back to take a picture of me holding my ID, well at first I thought this must be a joke and why would they need this but tried to send a selfie best I could.....Again not clear enough....Started to feel like a big wind up now. So AGAIN I sent over a picture of me holding my ID next to my face. By now it's the well into Jan and over a month since I won so the great felling I had is now more of an uneasy one, and every time I email or call (spoke to Jorge in the help team) I am told my account is under review!!!! On the 12th of Jan I was sent a very descriptive email of how I have been colluding with other players due to the slot game that I play and the time I played the game!! My heart sunk and the realization that the 11k that I had already spent in my head was gone!! I felt sick and I had told all my family how I would treat them and now how embarrassing to tell them this and how embarrassing to be accused of cheating. Anger then took over and this is now why I am exploring all avenues to fight to win my money back, I feel so cheated and anyone that can advise me on what to do I will be ever so grateful .I have lost every time on this casino and the time that I win they decide to do this, funny that!! I don't understand: How you can collude/ play in tandem on slots? I have lost so many times...How does it help if lots of people play the same game at the same time? I had my account for over 5 months and why wasn't I flagged up as colluding the first time I played if I am a cheat? Surely when a casino sends an email promotion out the expect the players to use them roughly at the same time as there is a time frame to use them? Please help me and If I can be of any warning to anyone thinking about playing 10bet casino then to be very careful as they have no problem with you losing your money but when you win they mess you about and don't pay. On 1/3/17 I requested withdrawals totaling $6385. I did use a bonus for $281. On 1/13/17 my withdrawals were declined for bank wire and then approved for check withdrawal. I connected customer support on 01/11/17 and was told that they had not received my bank wire information or credit card verification forms. All of my documents and bank wire information was sent over on 12/16/16 and then forwarded again on 01/11/17. After contacting live chat today, they told me that they still had not received my information so I emailed it again. I asked when to expect payment and was not given a date, but rather told that my document verification and bank wire information would be updated by Friday. I still have no idea when to expect payment and whether or not it will be received by bank wire or check. I just feel like I am getting the run around and that the right hand doesn't talk to left with this casino. I just don't understand the process as I am required to input all of my bank wire information at the time of withdrawal. Please let me know when to expect my $6104 and by which method. Thank you!

On 1/5/17, I requested $30,000 in withdrawals. I used a $245 bonus. On 01/10/17, $10,000 was approved an on 01/15/17 $2255 was approved. I still have $15,000 to be approved as I cancelled $2500 of the first withdrawal today. I contacted live support and asked why the other $15,000 has not be approved and when to expect to receive the $12,255 that has been approved. I was told that they are being processed and just to wait. I was not given any type of time-frame. On top of that, I am no longer able to use No Rules Bonuses as upper management has determined that I am "master class." I have no idea what that means and asked where that is stated in the Terms and Conditions. I was told that it is upper management's decision. I am just wondering when to expect payment as this is not a small amount of money. Thank you!

Hi there, I need help, please. I won on Slotmadness and made a withdrawal on the 13Dec2016. I immediately sent my verification docs with their form and to the email address on the verification form (see pic attached). I go onto chat about 3 days later becausethe money is still showing in my balance available to play with. The lady on chat Maya tells me that is the incorrect email address and she gives me another email address. I the resend the docs, I wait again and still no movement. The about 10 days later it goes int pending withdrawals, and I go onto chat again and I am told they take 7 to 10 days to verify docs and another 7 to 10 to approve payment. Then I see on the 24Dec2016 it is approved for Neteller withdrawal, but that it where it is sitting till today, and I have been asked to re email my docs every time I go onto chat another doc is missing! Bearing in mind it was all sent over and over again to various emails even the day manager and the night manager got emails as per the chat manager@ slotmadnessmail.com, documents@slotmadnessmail.com, payouts@slotmadness.com, help@slotmadness.com, etc. I am now extremely annoyed. I get an email evnetually on Sunday saying my ID doc is missing, I resend it by replying to email, only to see it keeps returning. Then I send it again to support, help, and manager. Yesterday I enquired again on chat, they tell me my I D doc is still missing. Please help, I don't think they want to honor this payment.

Hi! I try to keep this short and simple. I registered to the casino and first made deposit of 50e and got bonus of 100e. I started playing Gonzo's Guest which you can't play with bonus money. I mostly played with bets of 5e and 10e. Then after a while i had winnings over the wagering requirement. I made couple of bets of 20e to speed up bonus requirements. I was not aware of casino's betting rules. Which say that you must not bet over 30% of the value of your current deposit. Then i made 25e deposit using neteller because that was necessary to make so i could make a withdraw using neteller. And that 25e i played with 5e bet and did not win anything. But after all i made a withdraw request of 1500e. Next day i made two more deposits of 50e. Then i won 800e. And i used bets of 5e and 10e, not over the 30% of the value of deposit in play. To withdraw this 800e i had to cancel my first withdraw request of 1500e. Then i made new withdraw request of 2300. Then i even made couple of deposits more because i thought that everything was ok. But the deposits were 100e and i played with max. 10e bet and did not win anything. Then after couple of days i got an e-mail that my withdraw has been cancelled and all my winnings has been confiscated because of "irregular gaming" which is mentioned in the Casino's General conditions and terms. I was left 75e on my account which was very weird because this amount does not fit to anything. I understand that i have been unaware and broken the terms of betting in my first deposit and so on Casino has the right to confiscate the winnings of 1500. But i did not break any terms or conditions with my second and third deposit which i used to win 800e. And casino is not answering to my e-mails about this case anymore and all they say in livesupport is "general conditions and terms". But there is nothing said in the general conditions and terms that they can confiscate the furure deposit winnings because of irregular gaming of previous deposit. And this is crazy that they tried to offer me many times this "new deposit bonus". Because this confiscating of my 800e winnings prove that if i now make a new deposit and win by the rules as i did, they can still confiscate all the winnings just by referring to my first deposit irregular gaming. I hope you can help me! The casino has stopped answering my e-mails about this case. Thank you in advance!

Hi, please assist me in the following issue. I have requested a withdrawal at ACCasino, and I selected the Neteller option on the site for my withdrawal. They have Neteller, bank wire and Skrill as option when you go into the withdraw page. So naturally for me, I chose Neteller, because I have a Neteller account. I received an email from accounting telling me they do not have Neteller as a withdrawal option and that the only option for me is Bitcoin, and I shoul open an account on coin mama. I don't want to do this, as you have to deposit funds into a coin mama account first, and I'm not willing to do this. Basically, I'm not that interested in Bitcoin at all, it is not really supported in my country. everytime I reply on a email from accounting, as per their terms, my withdrawal is set back 3 days again, so basically they are not giving me any choice, yet they do have Neteller as an option, but not giving it to me? I signed up for this casino in last few weeks and deposited without taking any bonus as I prefer to play without restriction. I won and requested a withdrawal of €700 on the 13th January 2017. I submitted verification documents the next day and received no email back so contact chat support and was told they weren't received do I emailed them and they were received. There I a pending period, according to T&Cs , of 47-72 hours. I was hearing nothing back and my withdrawal, even now, remains pending. I have contracted chat on several occasions and yesterday I was informed that my withdrawal was authorised and processed. Today my withdrawal is pending do I contacted chat again and was told it wasn't authorised it pending, he didn't know why I was told that and it should be paid next week, no date given and then the chat was terminated. It is a no bonus attached draught win so there should be no issue. I'm being told lies by support staff and now I fear that my winnings are not going to be paid. My emails are also being ignored and not responded to from their banking section and 'system errors' are being cited on occasion.

Yeah, so I'm not sure why you rejected my previous complaint, but here's some more proof for you to chew on. Like I've stated, this casino randomly shut down my account and stated that I had requested to freeze my account, which is clearly a lie. I happen to have the proof for it here and I'll attach it to this complaint. As you can see, the chat transcript with colors are authentic, whilst the one in black and white only is a fake - it's pretty obvious by the way its written that I do not write like that. So I hope you'll to let this complaint through as this casino is purely messing with their customers for no apparent reason. They were supposed to send me an email stating that they would "unfreeze" my account, but that has yet to happen.

I made a withdrawal of €300 on Wednesday 2017-01-18 at 14:39:30 (GMT+0). According to JPK terms and condition a withdrawal should be handled within 2 business days (a really long time). When I'm writing this over 51 hours has passed. Their customer chat support just telling me how sorry they are for the delay and that they are contacting the financial department but nothing happens.

Hi Please could you help me? I joined Casillion casino on 3rd October 2016, deposited, played and withdrew on many occasions with no issues, had my account verified on the first withdrawal which passed with no issues. All withdrawals were processed within 1 - 24 hours as per terms and conditions. After depositing a fair amount and after finally getting a win. I am still waiting for it to be paid to my account. It's been close to two weeks. I contacted the support team who told me that it was released on the 10th of this month and will take 3-7 business days to reach my account. I checked back a week later and still nothing. I again contacted the support team who said the payment was processed and would take another 3-7 business days to reach my account. I waited and waited and still have not received anything. I again contacted the support team who said that they were experiencing issues with their payment system and would I would need to create an e- wallet so the funds could be deposited into that instead. Every time I spoke to someone in regards to this I was told something different each time. I am still waiting for the funds! I would stay away from Spin Palace. They are quick to take your money but delay on paying you any winnings. I will never play this casino again.

I looked at the vegas strip site to make sure i read the withdrawl timeline correctly. According to them it is 7 business day approval for withdrawl then 10 business days i should receive my money. On december 15 i withdrew 1700.00 they did not approve in 7 business days.....it is now over 26 business days....or over 5 weeks. i got an email from them last thursday stating it takes anywhere from 7-14 days from the time it goes to the processor to finally see my money it supposedly went to the processor last thursday.....they change times for withdrawls whenever they feel like it. i cannot believe they cannot check their processor to see what the hold up is. under these terms the worst case scenerio is over 6 weeks. since i cannot get any concrete answers can you help?????????????

Hi there, I have attached some screenshots for you, sorry if i wasted your time earlier After receiving a withdrawal 4th Jan no dramas I again withdrew on the 6th Jan and they sent it to the wrong account (BSB) They blame for this but i had a correct BSB for them to use on the 4th Jan why not correct on the 6th Jan Now they say 12-16 weeks to trace, but as per email there is no bank in Aus with BSB of those numbers and should have rejected ASAP They will not give a copy of the correspondence that states this,,, Thank you again, You are our only hope

Hello, i have been having an issue with withdrawing my winnings. After the first 5 days had gone by i reached out to live chat as i was just curious if there was something i needed to submit, i was told that it was being processed today on their side and was quickly pushed aside. That was fine but then after 11 days of it still not moving past "requested" i went back on the chat and was told "nope its all been processed on our side". So then i emailed support instead of going into chat to find out that they needed all my verification documents. Still don't know why no one emailed or tried to contact me prior to this but was very upset that on 2 different occasions i was told by live chat that it went through already. Anyways i submitted everything right away and then talked on the phone to certify everything i submitted was true and then was told "he was handing over to the financial department". But now after another 5 days has passed its still only at "requested" stage, no call, no email, complete silence. We found this casino through this website. My flatmate joined up and played slots. As this casino seemed to offer a huge selection of slots I was also keen to join. Reading through the terms and conditions of this casino it stated if interested to contact support prior to sign up to confirm ok due to same residential address ip etc. Support said it was fine so long as we could verify identification if there were any withdrawals to be made. I signed up and deposited twice with the bonus welcome offer. My third deposit as I had not won any amount I considered substantial I did not select to have a bonus and commenced playing slots. I won $7400 approx and withdrew the funds as it was maximum 2000 per week. It had been sitting as pending withdrawal(s) Then management informed me they voided my winnings and closed my account due to multiple accounts. Even though I had asked support prior to establishing my account if it would be ok for myself to have an account with this casino as my flatmate already had one, which the response was yes. Please help me get the winnings I sincerely believe I am entitled to as I did not do anything wrong. I have attached a screenshot of the conversation with support
