I had withdrawals approved on Dec 1 ($401), on Dec 18 ($2313) and on Dec 9 ($2000). After numerous emails and live chat sessions, I received the Dec 18 withdrawal on Jan 19. Despite several additional live chat sessions in which I have been advised that my withdrawals would be expedited, I have heard nothing about the Nov 1 or Dec 9 approved withdrawals.

I made a withdrawal of $1500.00 on December 8th, it was approved on December 22nd via email which stated that I would receive the funds within 10 to 20 business days. I asked via chat on January 25th why I hadn't received the funds the casino host said she would "escalate" my withdrawal and i would receive it within 10 business days. I chatted again on February 8th and the casino host said she would "escalate" it again and I should receive it with 15 business days. I replied how do I know it will work this time? I think I've been scammed.

Winner Casino - Balance just vanished
I was playing a new slot that had appeared via my mobile phone on the winner site. The slit was Man of Steel. I won a little and my balances went up to over £100. I kept playing and lost some and switched to 50p spins. When my balance was about £50 ish suddenly I got a message saying I had insufficient funds to spin. I was puzzled as I knew I had money in my balance and assumed some kind of error. I logged out and in again and my £50 odd had vanished. I have emailed winner who keep asking fir a game log ID which can only be got from the computer version of their site and the man of steel game doesn't appear to be available on here so I can't get my gaming history fir the event. I have emailed them back about this but no response. It's but a huge amount of money but I am loathe to use them again as 1. How can my balance just be removed? Wild Jack Casino - Long delay in account verification & payment
I won at Wild Jack Casino 22 September 2016.
On 23 September they ask for some documents, I sent the documents on 17 October (front and back of my ID, and a bill). They do not reply to me for a long time, I send more emails asking if they saw my documents, on 10 November they say they have my documents and verification of documents can take 24 – 48 hours during the week and 48 – 72 hours over weekends. I wait some days and then I send a new email, they do not reply.
After 2 weeks, on 25 November there is an email saying the documents are not legible, they want more documents. So I sent more documents on 11 December (passport, photo holding my passport, a bill).
They do not reply so I send the documents again some days later.
They did not reply to that so I sent my documents again on 21 December.
After waiting a long time I asked for an update with the chat on the website. The casino says they have all the documents and are reviewing the withdrawal.
After that time I tried to speak to the chat instead because email reply from them is not useful.
On 3 January chat tells me I am verified and will be paid in 48 hours.
Chat always says the same, I am verified and withdrawal is coming in 48 hours.
Eventually on 10 January I asked chat why they say this to me every time but do not pay, and then chat looks more at my account and comes back after some time to say my balance needs to be restored, and this is why my withdrawal has not arrived. And chat says “what you can do for your peace of mind is follow up again when the banking department is back in the office and quote this reference number: 98,405’’
Next I sent another email with the reference number 98,405, and the reply email from the casino said they are still reviewing the withdrawal.
On 23 January a new email from them saying the documents have arrived for review. Please allow between 24-48 hours to receive feedback.
But this email is months after I send any documents, and already I was told my documents were reviewed, accepted and verified.
I talk to chat again and now they are doing a security check and I should wait for updates.
I have been waiting 4 months for the money I won, I don’t understand why it would take so long. This is not acceptable. I can do nothing, only wait and hope the casino will pay my withdrawal.

Pamper Casino - No payment & No update
I cleared a $100 no deposit free chip on the Site on the 8th of December 2016, I also opened a ticket to withdraw the same day.
On the 10th of January I finally get a response from their accounting department (it's very hard to get information from these guys), here is the email I received and my response:

Hello I was wondering if you all could help me out I won $7,500.00 on royal ace casino with no restrictions I ask for a withdrawal on the 3rd of Feb which I have paper work and a screen shot of this. Spin Palace Casino - Problems with my withdrawal
Hi AskGamblers.com, please help... I think I've been scammed.
Back on January 16th I made a withdrawal after winning $5000 on spin palace. January 18th the withdrawal was processed via Swift (I've successfully made a withdrawal a few days earlier via e-check) For a few days after the processing date I began to watch my bank account to confirm I received the funds. No such luck. I understand that the wait period is between 3-7 days. So I gave a few more days, and still nothing. I decided to call spin palace... I was told by one of their support reps that I should have received it because it had gone through successfully via swift on their end, I told them that I haven't and they asked for my bank account statement ranging back to early January and to call my bank to confirm. So I did what they said, I scanned over my personal bank statements and called my bank. They told me to wait 24-48 hrs because they are sending it to their " operations team " whom players are not allowed to speak with ( I asked). 48 hrs went by and nothing, no email no phone call. So I decided to call again and explain my story all over again.
Fast forward to beginning of February, I received an email stating that their " operations team" need 5 days to request a proof of payment from the bank. So I patiently waited. 5th day I called, because I was fed up at this point, only to have to explain my whole story again like I'm a new player. I finally received the proof of payment ( which looks fake )only to see that my transit number was incorrect. I began to explain to them that they made a mistake. I called my bank to see if they could track it down, still no luck. Now they told me that they have to escalate it again to the " operations team " to investigate where the money is. At this point all I can think about it how badly I'm being scammed. A few thoughts pop into my head like, maybe I'm not being paid because I didn't put enough coin in ( by the way I never used a bonus ) or maybe they're just going to keep this never ending circle of lies going until I give up.
Please help, l'd like to receive my money.

A request was made 12/31/16 for payment of winnings. After numerous requests and multiple times sending supporting documents to both the documents dept and the manager, still no payment. The payout of 1818 was approved on 1/16/17, but still no check. Online chat session approximately every other day since mid January with each chat resulting in nothing. I requested 2 withdraws around the same time 2 weeks ago and both have not been paid within the time frame that their terms and conditions state it will be.
Also when contacting customer service, they terminated my chat without responding to my question.
