Vegascasino.io is refusing to let me withdraw my btc after I completed their rollover and provided all documents that they wanted. Initially they requested ID and proof of address - which I provided. They accepted my ID, but refused proof of address so I gave them a better one. Next they accepted my proof of address, but requested a photo of me holding my ID next to my face. I thought was odd, but didn't think it was weird enough not to acquiesce. Following this I did not hear from them for 2 days at which time I sent them an e-mail asking what was taking so long and if I could get an update. A day later they respond saying that I had relation to some other account that I've never heard of and that my account would remain under security review until I explained that account's relevance. They are denying payout. Please askgamblers could you help mediate this dispute between the casino and I?

Prism Casino - Delayed cash-out for more then a month
On 24.12.2016 I signed up, made a deposit and activated the bonus. After that i played only in slots and clear all bonus. 40 days ago i was made a withdrawal request (12/28/2016 801 usd cash-out request from Prism casino to my Neteller account) I was send to Prism casino a all kind of documents which they need(copy of my passport, utility bill) I sent my documents many times to different email addresses. First time support said that the documents was received and checked. But after a few days I was told they don't have my documents and i need to sent it again to another email address. I sent them. On 12.01.2017 withdrawal request was approved. According the terms and conditions payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard. But money wasn't paid. I contact the support again and again. They said I will get my money soon. 25.01.2017 I received this email from documents@prismmails.com:

You do not need to add the credit card details if you will not use that. You just need to send us a signed copy of the authorization form with your Name and address. You can send a scanned copy or a picture will also do if the text is properly readable.
I sent scanned copy of the authorization form more then a week ago. Now when I try to talk via the online chat I see this:

I'm hoping you can help me. I won some money at Palace of Chance last year, and I haven't received any payouts from them yet. I made 4 withdrawal requests:
August 21, 2016 --(approved for $1492 by casino on Sept. 1)
September 1, 2016 ---( approved for $2290 withdrawal by casino on Sept. 9)
October 10, 2016 (approved for $1145 on Oct., 31)
February 6, 2017---requested $2500, not yet approved.
Like I said, I haven't received any of my withdrawals, despite 3 of the 4 requests being months old. Nobody from the finance department has contacted me; I tried getting hold of support staff via phone and live chat a few times, but I keep getting messages saying they're busy and am unable to get through. Hello. I had a withdrawal approved on Jan. 26th, received an email from them saying "Congratulations", to expect my wire in 7-10 days. I have been down this road with them before. I had a withdrawal last September and finally got the funds wired to my account in early December. But now, they do not answer their phone, they do not link up when you try live chat, and their emails to all departments come back with "undeliverable". I noticed you have them black listed. I wish I would have known about you guys before as I will never use Planet 7 again. But is there anything I can do to get my funds?

I requested a payout for 10x R10 000 ZAR, which equals a payout of R100 000 ZAR. This amount is the maximum allowed cash out amount per week. They have verified the win and received and verified all my personal documents I emailed through and then allowed me to continue with the cash out. They told me it takes 2 days to process my payout. So last week I signed up to Jackpot247 after seeing them on ITV. I made a couple of deposits of £1,400. I played some roulette and made three withdrawals of £780, £1010 & £1,000 which have been pending since then. I have requested three withdrawals and only one was processed and paid out to my Neteller account but other two are pending since 2nd of February. Cherry Gold Casino - Unfair cut of withdrawal
Hi there,
I won 1661 EUR at Cherry Gold Casino. They paid me only 1000 of it, and deleted the rest.
When I asked about it, they stated that as per their terms, winnings with a bonus only allowed a one-time withdrawal.
Now this is totally not possible, as their terms allow a withdrawal up to 10x the bonus amount (I deposited 222 EUR), and their cashier system allows only withdrawals of up to 500 EUR, and this is not my fault.
So either there is some misunderstanding or this is just unbelievable rogue behaviour.

yesterday i deposited 25€ with Paysafe card. I won alltogether 75 € (100 with my deposit of 25€) wich i wanted to be transfered (as 2 or 3 times in the past) to my veryfied Skrill account.
Later i got email from the casino where they declined to transfer my winnings to my Skrill, instead of this they want to transfer the money to my bank account.

Planet 7 Casino - Haven't received withdrawal or tracking numbers after 3 months
Hello yes acct summy1011 I have had a withdrawal that went to approval 11/20 for $2000. Bonus amt approx $125 to be removed. For a month and half hadnt received any answers despite asking emailing chatting about status. Then on 12/30 chat informed me I need to update docs and did they were received..then no notification about processing my withdrawal until several more emails by myself n chats. Manager at casino emailed on 1/14 two months after withdrawal went to approvals it would be escalated. Since then I have not received any tracking numbers or my withdrawal and ive emailed proper depts. A few more times since jan and most recently a week ago and one or two days ago nothing at all still. It is almost three full months and still do not have my money I have reached out numerous times. The bonus was a no rules thats what I always use. Its supposed to come via check. Where is it?
