I asked for a payout and sent all necessary documents and received an email 12.07.16 stating: PAYOUT AUTHORIZED Dear X X, Your Payout of $ 292.50 USD for Account ID X has been authorized to be paid out. You will receive another email once you payment has been sent. We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions After a week I contacted them and got an email stating that they have to ring me to confirm some details. Really? So if I didn't make contact i would still be waiting for a payout that obviously still has not been processed.

Hi I withdrew 3 amounts on the 6th July from boylesports the first amount was £20.15 the second amount was £180 and the third amount was £30. On the 8th July I received the £20.15 withdrawl and the other two have not been paid. I have repeatedly argued with boylesports for the last 2 weeks and sent them daily bank statements to prove I have not received the missing £210. They are now saying it is down to their third party card processor worldpay and will not investigate it further as in their eyes they say they have paid out the money. I have no way of speaking to worldpay with regards to this as they will not give me the details, I have spoken to customer support everyday for a week and im getting nowhere. Whilst it is not a huge sum of money its still £210 and I cannot believe how rude and stupid their customer services reps are. Please can you assist with this matter if at all possible.

Made initial deposit amount 400 eur (200+200), just for looking who fair is casino. And won a huge jackpot - 9000 eur. Ok. I ordered funds 550 eur back to my Mastercard, as they can't sent money back to card (no have any idea why) , agent suggest to choose from list provided, So funds was forwarded to skrill e-wallet. After I sent passport and bill and account was verified, 550 eur was paid via skrill successfully. When i attempted to get pay out of 5500 eur, account is stopped to be verified automaticly. Exatanded verification was requiered - additionally bill and statement with transactions made to casino. At last they are closed my account and suspended all winning. Told me in case of withdrawalling funds to a different source from deposit. But it was them who suggest to use alternative method. So as you can see it is a totally perfect rip off scheme. I don't belive that can get funds back, just post this to warn other payers form this casino.

I made multiple withdrawls from 6/26 to 6/29. Planet 7 on 6/29 combined my amounts into one large 1750.00 withdrawl and it disappeared for processing and was told 10 days. I followed up on 7/14 and was told it would be sent on 7/19. The checked today and now they say it has not gone to third party processor yet and not sure when. Also now they say it will be a wire transfer instead of check that I asked for. I emailed account manager ally and got an auto reply that it takes her 3-5 business days just to answer an email. My last withdrawl took 55 days and ask gamblers was able to assist so I an back again. Love the casino but withdrawls and communication are lacking.

Hi, I registered with Aladdins gold casino last month. Account username is Loush. When i first tried to cashout couple of weeks ago, I didn't realize it was going to be almost impossible!! As requested, I sent them all needed documents: - Copy of my Lebanese passport - Front and back of the CC used to deposit -Form online filled and signed - Bank Statement 3 months old with my full name and address. (this is where it all started) The address on that statement mention that i live in Jnah area next to Beirut Hospital Beirut, Lebanon. So now, for some strange reasons, they want me to verify the address of the hospital? I asked them verify how? they asked for full address...I sent them the full address now they say its not listed? I sen them the link to the hospital and their phone number and the wikipedia link to the list of hospitals in Beirut, Lebanon and Beirut General Hospital is listed there!!! What else can be done? Why are they asking about a hospital and how am i supposed to verify it??!! Its been going on for a week now. Weird, I played on lots of online casinos, never had to deal with such issue??!! I have £220 in my smart live gaming account from sports. I requested a withdrawal on 05/07/16. Since then, the amount has shown as pending for over 2 weeks. I have used their chat service to find out why there is a delay, but all I got was that my account is "under review" and no time line was given. Their terms and conditions state withdrawals should take 2-5 days. Clearly not the case. I have attempted to call their number on their website but nobody answers the phone. I've also emailed the business but again, no response. Therefore, today I decided to visit their hq in London, where the company is registered. I work around the corner and seeing as they don't want to speak to respond, maybe this would work better. The address is 223 high Holborn, 3rd floor, London, WC1V 7DN I basically send I was there for a delivery and they let me up. I managed to get into their poor security office and asked why there was a delay. They had 3 people attempt to speak to me but their English wasn't great. They than brought out another colleague who tried to lie and explain the phone grid had gone down locally, when I asked if his mobile phone worked, he said he didn't know, even though that would be using the same grid. When asked why the delay, there was no accurate answer, it seem to cause a panic that a customer had confronted them about their practices. I did however get a phone call 30mins later, they didn't explain why there was a delay but he said the payment would be processed on 29th July. I explained this was unacceptable as your terms stated different timing. The person sarcastically offered no alternative and stated little else of any relevance. Although they said they would process payment on the 29th, I have no idea when I will actually recieve the funds. I was promised an email to confirm this, but nothing has been received. I've been waiting since June 23 2016 for a 1,000 dollar payout. Ivr met all the verification requirements etc and they said I was approved on that date. I was told 2 weeks ago that it was sent to Ally in the Escalations department and was told to email her which I did. An automated reply was sent back to me saying she would get back to me in 3-5 business days. That time has come and gone. Can't reach the people I'm supposed to talk to. Getting the run around. Frustrated!!!

Have live chatted numerous times to get the same "Please be advised that the respective department is currently handling your case and once they have completed the full review of your account activity your withdrawal will be processed and you will be notified vie e-mail." message. Have emailed with no response. Have called a direct London number (0208), spoke to a lady who will look into it....no response. Withdrew remaining funds in my account of £40 on the 14th July, still pending.

I requested a withdrawal of £100 on 9th July and have not received it yet. I have contacted the casino several times, and have been told that there is a problem with payment rust who handle their transactions. Last Friday, 15th July, I was advised that the money could be in my account within an hour, or else it would be on Monday. On Monday I contacted them again and was told that the transaction is yet to process and was in a queue, and that they were expecting payment trust to work all night to get the transactions out. On Tuesday 19th I contacted them again, and was told that the boss would be in a phone meeting with payment trust and if they could not solve it then they would look at other methods of paying customers. On Wednesday 20th July I requested to have the money returned to my casino account so that I could request withdrawal by another method, I was told that this would depend on what payment trust had to say, and that they would get back to me when they had more information. It is now 12 days since I requested this withdrawal.

I joined this casino on 14/07/16 after finding them on AskGamblers. I deposited £20 and then a further £30. After playing through the bonus successfully, I made a withdrawal of £550 via Neteller (copy attached) and was to wait 24-48 hours for approval. I thought nothing more of it and continued to deposit and play over the weekend, and with each deposit received an email confirmation receipt. On Monday 18/07/16, I replied to my withdrawal confirmation email asking if they required anything further from me and got no response so on Tuesday 19/07/16 I went onto Chat on the website (which isn't actually a chat - it sends them an email!) and asked again if they required any further information. I also called the number given for UK players but this merely goes to an answering machine every time you call it. Still no response on Wednesday so emailed again and tried calling again and no response and today (which counts as the fifth working day) still no response via email or phone messages. I am now extremely concerned that this is some sort of scam (after seeing my bank statement - the payment processor is based in China!). There is absolutely no way of contacting the casino, yet their Contact page includes the statement "Please email our support team at support@123vegaswin.com for any matters relating to our casino and your question will be answered as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours. You can also contact our Live Support by telephone on +44 845 299 3715 during UK working hours." This is simply not true. The FAQ page states any withdrawal request will be approved or rejected within 5 business days and they state "If your withdrawal request has not been settled within the time period described above, or if you are experiencing any problems, please contact our support staff." but like my title says there is no way of contacting this casino.

Have sent in numerous emails, including to complaints division and I have called and they just send back same old standard email response. My case is about poor customer service by Mr. Ringo casino. I did a deposit of 300 Euros and lost so I thought why not try 100 euros more. I was lucky and won some bucks so I verified my account and the next day my account was verified. It stands on the rules that withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours after your account is verified, but it took rather a little over two weeks before ringo paid out just over half of the sum I've won. The rules say that They pay 2,000 Euro per week it is okay but I still have not gotten everything I've won and it has soon gone one month. I wrote an email to them again yesterday and the support publican told me that the money will come untill tomorrow. I had a little doubt on it but also a little touch of hope because this was not the first time they said that the money is coming soon .. so they stick to the same excuses, do not worry you will get paid. How can one call itself cumstomer service they have no idea what it means. Its allso worth to mention that i only played without Bonus ore freespins money, only my own. so this should have gone even faster too pay. Between may 15th and mid June i won around $2000 from 3 different wins. After about a month of emailing and contacting customer service i was told the first 2 withdraw requests i made were going to be paid out totaling around $1000 ( the 3rd withdraw has not once been mentioned ever in conversations even if i ask) and they were sorry for the delay but it had been escalated and would be out to me soon. After a lot of frustration and anger i cancelled my account and sent an email to complain, i never heard from then again until finally receiving an email that a check had been delivered to me via Fedex for $430. $430!?!? Where did $430 come from $1800!? To top it off, i have gone to my credit union. Ace check cashing, Speedy Cash, Frost Bank, dozens of mom and pop check cashing places and NO ONE will cash it. For as much as this casino site claims to be improved and legit they are nothing but online hustlers.

After making a $50 deposit using Paysafecard, I wondered why the bonus wasn't credited to me. I asked support about this and said I already redeemed the welcome bonus and they decided to forward an email to the relevant team. A day later they emailed to confirm my phone number as it was not on their records (how convenient) and so I replied to their email. Then they told me that they can only give me a $5 bonus. With anger and disappointment, I immediately wasted my money and fell under an unlucky streak!! It has been a long time since I played at Guts Casino. The website says I can cashout 0.24370000 BTC. I try to cashout that amount and get an error. I sent a screenshot to the casino for help and they implied that my screenshot was not an up-to-date representation of what I am seeing. They sent the following: "The programmers are not sure when your screenshots were taken, but maybe before your bets on American Roulette and Zoom Roulette? Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions." The most up-to-date photo was taken around 10:30 am on the 21st of July. There is an error on the part of the casino. This much is undeniable. Due to the fact that they are showing me wrong numbers leading me to bet money I otherwise would not have and due to the fact that this error is the casino's not mine I would like them to allow me to cashout the amount shown to me as available. I will consider this resolved when I am able to cashout the 0.24370000 BTC I was led to believe was available for me to cashout. Video evidence has been taken showing the date and time of this error as well as all the numbers will be made available as soon as it uploads.

It has been at least 5 months since I requested my withdraw. Sent in my identification information, everything checked out on my end. Information was verified and I was told my withdraw was being processed. After three months I was told to contact Robyn at Planet7casino/info@captainjackcasino.com. She claims priority for my withdraw and it will be the next one shipped. Robyn will no longer answer my emails and all captain Jack casino phone numbers go to voice mail. (I have yet to speak to someone in person) Today I was told that my check was sent. An hour later the withdraw department says that it was not sent. Two hours later the withdraw department says to check back in 15 days and I still do not know what I am checking back for. Overall it has been 5 months with no updates or information about confirmation for anything. Seems suspicious. I have been waiting since 7th July for my withdrawal, after passing phone verification. I have emailed in and had no response from their CS team despite emailing 3 separate email addresses. I know both the Head of Customer Service and the Team Leader have seen the emails as I sent them with a read receipt, however neither they or the usual support email have deigned to answer me. When I have managed to actually speak to someone I am fed the same stuff - nothing wrong with your account, you will get it tomorrow or the next day. I have been told someone was on holiday and is going through a backlog, also that there was a system crash and they are getting back up to speed and that there is no problem at all and I should get it tomorrow. I was told by someone in their verification dept that their payment department is in another country and they can't even contact them themselves except via email. Live Help are spouting the same stuff as everyone is getting i.e. reviewing your account etc. which is obviously their go to response when they do not know what is going on. Clearly something is not right at Smart Live Gaming judging by the amount of complaints on here at the moment which are invariably to do with unpaid withdrawals. However, they are still finding the time to send out lots of deposit bonus offers so it would suggest that someone is at work there.
