I have been waiting since May 16,2016 on winnings I still haven't received. I won $2000.00 and after the bonus was subtracted I was told on June 2,2016 I would be receiving a check for $1825.00. I was given a phone number to contact a gentleman by the name of 'Bill' in the withdrawals department and spoke to him a couple of times and he said I should be receiving my check soon. Then after a few weeks went by he stopped answering my calls. I tried the customer support number but no one ever answered, tried the live chat and only got the run around and then they pushed me off to another department to a lady named 'Tara' to which I was told to email her, which I did and I received an email back says "the checks have been delayed and she would like to send the money via wire transfer to my bank". I responded to her saying that I was told they couldn't do wire transfers to my bank if it was a credit union which it is. I still have not heard anything back. It is now July 22,2016 and I still have not received anything. I have waited to allotted time they told me it would be and still nothing. I do not recommend this casino.

I requested a withdrawal of RM80000 on 9th July and have not received it yet. I have contacted the casino several times, and have been told that there is a problem with payment rust who handle their transactions. Last Friday, 15th July, I was advised that the money could be in my account within an hour, or else it would be on Monday. On Monday I contacted them again and was told that the transaction is yet to process and was in a queue, and that they were expecting payment trust to work all night to get the transactions out. On Tuesday 19th I contacted them again, and was told that the boss would be in a phone meeting with payment trust and if they could not solve it then they would look at other methods of paying customers. On Wednesday 20th July I requested to have the money returned to my casino account so that I could request withdrawal by another method, I was told that this would depend on what payment trust had to say, and that they would get back to me when they had more information. It is now 12 days since I requested this withdrawal.

I have been an active player at Smart Live since early April, and have fully verified my account since 19th April. On 13th of June I withdrew £13 786. Clearly Smart Live see this sum as being big enough to hold on to, as they have felt it acceptable to indefinitely hold on to the cash with no explanation as to why. On live chat I was told 5 weeks ago by "James" that it would take "3-5 days". This story has now changed, and they claim that they cannot give time scales or make any promises as to when they will pay. Surely this is a breach of gambling regulations? On July 9th I escalated the complaint via their official complaints process. I have still not freceived ANY response to that from the complaints team or the customer service team, despite following up to to both them and the standard customer support email contacts on the 14th. To date there have been no replies or contact since I began the complain escalation process. I do however receive a epic amount of spam detailing their games, apparently they still have my contact details.

Went to play for first time. Charge did not go through. Support told me to fix my internet. I told them it wasn't. The implication was that the problem was on my end. After 3 attempts I gave up. Later all 3 charges were approved. This was their fault as they told me faulty information. I then talked to them on the phone and told them to remove the charges. In addition I replied to all the emails from the payment processor. They did not remove the charges and now I am locked out of my account. So I could not play the money and not that I wish to do so. Lying about the issues, then later ghost-approving charges, then locking me out of my account equals theft.

I have been trying to get my withdrawal from Vegas Casino Online for almost a month now. Origiinally requested an wire transfer on 7/2, but when I spoke to finance, they said it would be quicker if I requested it via Courier Check, so I changed this per their recommendation on 7/4. I do understand when there is a problem with processors and I think that I have allowed more than enough time for this. The customer service representatives are always very kind , nice, professional. However, that is not getting my withdrawal processed. I have always loved Vegas Casino Online and am a freelance writer on gaming/ casinos for online mags /articles and quite a few hardprint mags as well. I have always spoken well of Vegas Casino Online for their gaming, customer service and withdrawals...but I have never had to wait so very long to get one processed and sent out. I spoke with finance (chat) today and was told that it should go out over the next few days. However, when I stated, "so it will probably be processed this week sometime".....the finance rep then got on and said he could not commit to that. So right there, this tells me that I may be waiting much longer. I normally have a very high patience when it comes to this, but I have to admit I am getting a little frustrated. my wire transfer for $1800 was approved on 06/30/16 and was send to escalation on 07/14 and 07/17. I send Tara 3 e-mails and she replied with the automated reply about being busy and will answer back in 2-4 business days, which she never did. My host and live chat told me thy are waiting for confirmation from the processor since 07/15. Ive been patient but not getting any feedback about my wire transfer is too much. I want my winnings and its been even more days than what the casino says it will take them to process.I like to play at dreams but this is getting frustrating
