I Truly thought , that with my 1st withdrawal taking Soo long was because of Documents & Verification . All that is done & I got the Check Finally , Deposited into my Bank ( As Told) . Smart Live Gaming Casino - Paid £1923.60 of £6923.6, then indefinitely holding on to the remaining £5000, and a further £8855
On 20/06 Smart Live paid me the first installment of my winnings. However then suddenly decided they needed to review the activity on my account when they realised I had a further £5000 to be paid to me. How this second installment of the withdrawal is any different to the other cash that I won there is unclear.
I have since won more there, and those winnings have been on hold since 18/06.
In total they owe me nearly £14000, and clearly they have verified my account, given that they have already paid a small part of the near £16000 they owed me.
All they tell me now is it is being reviewed and they cannot give me a time frame to complete a payment. Disgraceful behaviour.

NetBet Casino - Removed my balance prior to completion of wagering requirement
I receieved an email stating that if I was to deposit in Netbet casino, I would receive a 100% deposit match. I proceeded to deposit £75 the same night and my deposit was not matched. I searched everywhere for a 'live chat' button, I phoned them and held for at least half an hour (3rd in the queue the entire time). I finally emailed them to request my bonus at 20.30pm 24/07/16 and didn't receive a response until 17.56pm 25/07/16 to tell me that I could now claim my bonus from the cashier.
I checked the wagering requirements and found I had £3000 to wager before I could withdraw. My balance reached £1012 and I checked my wagering requirements remaining and saw that the playthrough completion was only at 38%. So I upped my bet and kept spinning, the next time I checked my wagering requirement I was 81% of the way through. My balance stood at £595.53 and I still had £558.50 left to wager. I relaxed at this point as I knew that whatever I would make from her on in would be profit. I then clicked back into Koi Princess and my balance read £3.46.
I logged out of the casino and logged back in and my funds had just completely disappeared.
I phoned Netbet up again to no avail and I messaged them at 00.09am 25/07/16 to ask where my funds had disappeared to. I received no response.
I messaged them a second time at 20.58pm 26/07/16 basically informing them that if I didn't get an explanation as to the disappearance of my funds then I would be taking this complaint further. I also requested a copy of my betting history.
I received a response at 22.05pm 26/07/16 telling me that I had clicked to cancel the active bonus from the cashier.
Now I am a member of in excess of 50 casino's. It is the deposit bonus' that entices me and I make it my business to read all the Terms and Conditions of every bonus I take on. I know full well that to cancel a bonus will invalidate any winnings. So tell me.... with a balance of £595.93 (81% through a wagering requirement) who in their right mind would cancel it to leave them with a balance of £3.46?
I believe this was an internal job. They knew that very soon I would be placing a withdrawal so they removed my balance as a preventatative measure. I do not believe that Netbet are wiling to resolve this by crediting my account with my actual balance so i'm asking Askgamblers to get involved on my behalf. It's very frustrating when your account balance disappears and you find that the 24/7 professional customer service that you sign up to is actually non-existant. Hopefully my experience will be a warning to others.

I have patiently waited for one withdrawal that was approved for payment on June 3rd, which is 41 business days ago and another withdrawal approved for payment on June 23rd, 24 business days ago. I am becoming concerned since the only way that I can get information is to call, I have yet to recieve a single email or call offering information. I'm still waiting for a payment from Casumo Casino. Betsafe Casino - Betsafe removed winnings without proper explanation
Betsafe have left me absolutely fuming, I won £3,838 and they are refusing to pay out!! My stomach dropped when I read the email saying they had removed my winnings and closed my account (with no explanation). I went straight on live chat and they told me that they have come to the decision ‘after reviewing your game activity’. How my gaming activity has been a breach of the terms and conditions I don’t know and no one at Betsafe will explain this to me. I didn’t exceed the maximum bet stated in their terms and I didn’t play any excluded games. They have sent me a vague overview of the term’s that they’re accusing me of breaking:

I have read through the terms again and again and I’m certain I haven’t broken them. I’ve emailed Betsafe customer service asking them to be more specific about what term they are accusing me of breaking but they only refer me to the same paragraph from their terms.
Betsafe won’t confirm what term I have supposedly broken and won’t tell me how they came to that conclusion except for my ‘gaming activity’. I am all out of ideas and getting nowhere talking to Betsafe, any help or advice would be gratefully received.

Karamba Casino - Given the run around with payment
I withdrew my £100 from there casino on friday 22/07/16 it is now end of wednesday 27/07/16. Now i know that the weekend would not count as processing time but as of monday it would of started the 48hour count down. Its now been way over 60hours and my funds still state "pending" now the karamba policy clearly states that in the forst 48hours after your withdrawal you can cancel it and have funds put back in your account which i assume is the "pending" now if its been over 3 days why has it not been changed to "processing". I have spoken to them in the chats but they all give you a different answer and they even said that because there busy they have no idea how long it will take for the funds to be proccessed. But they have time to tell me that they have recieved my id photos but dont actually seem to of even attempted to start processing. Casino Cruise - Refusing to pay or refund my deposits
I opened an account with CasinoCruise recently. I deposite £400, played for a while, won £1,500 and submitted a withdrawal request. 5 hours later I received an email asking for my standard documentation (which I immediately sent over) and an hour later received an email from EveryMatrix saying that because I self excluded from JetBull.com a few years ago, for some reason I am not allowed an account with CasinoCruise as they are managed by the same company so my account would be closed and all funds forfeited!!
Clearly this is a scandalous situation. They look 6 hours to realise I shouldn't have an account, and thus was only as a result of me submitted documentation. It stands to reason that if I'd lost my £400 and never submitted documents then I would have never received an email and they would have kept all the funds anyway.
This is clearly illegal, and before I proceed down a legal route I would like to see if I can get some assistance from this message board.

My $2,500 withdraw was approved on 6/16/16. First I was told that a paper check was the only option...then I was actually happy to be notified that my money would be wired instead. My VIP host informed me that I would have my funds in two weeks. He told me that on 6/21. Since then, and despite depositing over $1,000 since then, I was told via email that my acct is no longer hosted by the VIP dept.
