On 7th June I signed up to Favour it casino - part of the EveryMatrix Group and a sister site of Jetbull. Before I was allowed to make my first deposit I had to verify my account. On 8th of June I was allowed to make my first deposit of £150 and claim a 200% bonus. With this bonus I was delighted to win £7797.80. Unfortunately when I logged in to play with my balance on 10th of June I was unable to use any of the games and soon after I received an email saying that Favour it was to cease trading immediately. My balance was to be migrated to Jetbull (which I had never even heard of) and quelle surprise - any bonus winnings which had not been fully wagered would be cancelled.
Quite clearly this is the definition of a rogue casino operator. Unfortunately it is very difficult to bring this company to justice. Favouor it no longer respond to any correspondence as they have ceased to trade, and Jetbull are claiming that they have nothing to do with it (despite the fact that they are where my money now is) and tell me to email favour it again. I have emailed UKGC who were the regulator for Favour it but they say they are not the Alternative Dispute Regulator for Favour it and I need to contact eCogra to handle an individual dispute. eCogra say they are no longer the ADR for Favour it as they no longer exist and their licence with UKGC is 'inactive' - does this simply mean that they can close down and instantly no longer have to answer to any kind of regulatory body?
I am fed up of being sent round in circles and cant believe it is this easy for a casino to close down and completely dissappear. Quite clearly Jetbull/EveryMatrix need to step up and take responsibility.

I first attempted to make this withdrawal on the 8th of July and after many communications to and from this company I still have not received my money. Flamantis Casino - My credit cards have been double charged/Issue with bonus
everymatrix and flamantis charged mw double on 2 of my credit cards.
I made approxiately 4000usd deposits in falamntis casino after few days i was shocked that i was charged double on both my cards on each and every transaction i did.

Smart Live Gaming Casino - Non-payment of £3252.53
On the 8th June 2016 I deposited £400 via debit card to smartlivecasino to claim their second deposit bonus and played some slot games. I was lucky enough to win 4.2k, I finished the wagering requirement the next day. On the 11th of June I withdrew the sum of £3252.53 in full and was asked for some documents which I promptly sent, I received an email the same day telling me my documents were verified and I was told a verification call would be the last step in order to completely verify my account. After waiting for a phone call that did not happen, I rang and spoke with them on the phone around the 23rd of June and completed the verification phone call. Despite my account being verified and documents accepted, 6 weeks later I am still waiting to be paid. Every email I send to ask regarding an update I received a generic email stating;
"Please be advised that the respective department is currently handling your case and once they have completed the full review of your account activity your withdrawal will be processed and you will be notified vie e-mail.
We do apologize for the inconvenience, however this is a standard procedure that is necessarily performed in order to comply with our regulations."
I've sent emails weekly asking for updates and get the same email back every time and they have been ignoring my phone calls too.
Obviously I'm left in the dark here and can't get a straight answer or response out of them via email or phone call, which is why I have submitted this complaint in order to prompt a resolution for my delayed withdrawal.

Slots of Vegas Casino - Payment delayed & approved for less than initially requested amount
I made a withdraw of $2,500 on 7/10 (the max amount allowed for withdrawal per their rules) and was just informed that it was approved on 8/1 (they are now telling me the increased the approval time for withdraws to 15 days from 10 days). The approved amount of the withdrawal, however, was for only $1,750 (I don't get the bonus amount back which was $150) and they put $600 back into my account if I want to play with that. Smart Live Gaming Casino - Withdrawals Delay

I would like to submit a complaint against Smart Live Gaming casino regarding an unacceptably long delay on my withdrawals. I currently have £3100 of pending withdrawals. The oldest is £1000 that I requested on 13/07/16 which is 3 weeks ago as I write. I had also requested a £400 withdrawal on the same day and another £1000 withdrawal the next day (14/07/16) but I subsequently cancelled these rather than re-deposit to continue playing. Since then I have submitted multiple £100 and £200 withdrawal requests so I could cancel some if I wanted without affecting the dates the older withdrawals were requested as I initially assumed they would pay out in date order.
I have been playing at Smart Live Gaming for many months, probably years, and I like the site and the games they offer. I have withdrawn several times before and never had a problem. They called me up for a security check once but that was passed without problem. I do claim some of the bonuses they offer but most often just play slots with real money. There is no bonus involved here. On evening of 12/07/16 I had about £150 of real money funds. I lost this and my balance was under £1 real with no bonus. Throughout the course of the evening I deposited 3 lots of £100 from my bank card as I steadily lost. I then started winning and when I got to about £600 I withdrew £400 and decided not to lose more than the remaining balance. However I had a nice win and in the early hours of 13/07/16 I withdrew £1000. Next day I won again and withdrew another £1000.
I kept playing over the next couple of days and lost my balance so reversed the £400 on 19/07/16 and played with that. By the 22/07/16 I had lost the £400, the 2 x £1000 withdraws were still unprocessed so I went on live chat to ask if they could hurry up as I wanted to play but didn't want to re-deposit when I had pending withdrawals and didn't want to cancel the withdraws as I didn't want to go to the back of the queue. They didn't give any real information, made out like my account was being reviewed but on further questioning they said it was standard procedure and the withdrawals would be processed but they were unable to give a timeframe. So I cancelled the £1000 withdrawal from 14/07/16 and immediately withdrew most of it in smaller amounts of £100 and £200. Since then I have lost and reversed a couple of the withdrawals and then won and made further withdrawals so now I have £3100 outstanding, £1000 from 13/07/16.
This is way outside the normal and stated 3-5 days for withdrawals and in my opinion is unacceptable. I have asked on live chat 3 times now (after 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks) and am not getting any date when I will be paid or any reasonable explanation for the delay. Found your site by a google search today and see others are having similar problems

Planet 7 Casino - Approved payment on April 22 still unpaid
Planet 7 Casino approved my winning on April 22, 2016 for $1,703.00. The problem I experienced was during that week I received a fake IRS called and not knowing how to handle this problem I called Planet 7 to ask for help. They were very pleasant and said they would investigate. I've written numerous emails and made several calls to see what is taking so long. They said they've assigned someone to my case and would get back to me in a week. This is now August, 2016 and no calls or emails giving me any updates on when they would pay me. Cool Cat Casino - Waiting too long for payout
I requested a payout of $2,000 on June 23, 2016 via bank wire which, according to Cool Cat’s own website, states this is the fastest way. I supplied all the required documents and they confirmed receipt of such documents. My payout was reviewed and authorized and I have still not received it.

Betfair Casino - Non payment of £10167
On the 22nd november 2015 I deposited £1000 to betfair and claimed their £1000 welcome bonus. I was fortunate enough to turn this into £10167 by the end of the wagering requirement. I read the terms and conditions thoroughly and was not in breach of any of them.
They asked for documents, this ended up being a very drawn out process, firstly because I was away travelling for extended periods and not able to deal with it, and then since I moved I had to change my address which was like pulling teeth with betfair. Eventually my documents were accepted (ridiculous procedures such as selfies with card, licence and passport) only to receive a blunt email telling me my money would be voided, deposit returned and the reasons will not be discussed.
I would like my balance reinstated in full or I will be taking further legal action as this is pure theft.

Spin and Win Casino - Still waiting for withdrawals after 1 month
I have placed 3 withdrawal requests at Spin and Win during July. they have a fairly ridiculous system with tiny daily/weekly and monthly withdrawal limits which meant to withdraw my balance I had to make 3 different requests. £1000/£1000/£752 (also can't withdraw the 10 pennies for absolutely no reason, what a joke).
the first withdrawal for £1000 was processed with no problems. each time I arrived at the casino to make further withdrawals I would play a little high stakes BJ, then make my next request.
However the 2nd and 3rd withdrawals totaling £1752 have not arrived and I am being fobbed off by the site. This is not a verification issue, the account is verified. They claim they are waiting on their provider completing game play checks. Apparently this is "routine" which is casino speak for "not routine in the slightest".
I have given the casino several chances to progress this, and have now run out of options. It's is over 4 weeks since I made my first withdrawal request. This time frame is unacceptable, and if something as simple as game play checks cannot be resolved in this time then the casino simply does to deserve to be in business.
I expect them to accept that if the provider cannot give them game play checks in a timely manner then they should change provider and in the meantime accept that they can simply check the history on my account for themselves and process my withdrawals.

Lincoln Casino - Does not respect their own Terms and Conditions

i thought i will never do this, but there is always the first time.
I opened account with Lincoln casino few months ago, with idea to try them with free, no deposit, bonus offered. Everything looked nice, games available, free bonus, free slot tournaments, but some problems showed at same begin, and something common for all problems is that they do not respect their own terms and conditions. Please, read bellow...
First, system didn't accept offered code for no deposit. Then i came to live support and asked about it. If you are interested in to, you can see attachment as short part of our communication in that chat session:
At the end, i said that i will complain about that, and guess what - my country of residence wasnt problem anymore, and i received free bonus of 15$.
If i loosed it, i would not have any more problems with them, but another problem started when i turn it in maximum of 150$ winnings, with wagering req done.
I requested withdrawal after confirmation that wagering is done, and after day or two i received mail from them that verification is needed, and they are asking for some documents.
If complaint team is interested in, i have whole mail communication ready to send, as there is so many mails and so many disrespects on me as person, and on words i said. Their security department just keep sending almost the same mail.
Shortly, i sent to them following documents:
-Drivers Licence
-Telephone Bill on my name dated on 2 last months
and days after they were not satisfied with quality of Drivers Licence scan, i sent photo of
-Personal ID with all needed details (photo, name, surname, date of birth, street address, etc...)
They accepted it, verified it, but now, they asked me to send photo of me holding my ID near my face, what i have never done, and i will never do.
If you read their terms, there is no single line where they say something like that can be requested.
Here is copy/paste of only line about documents they can request, from Lincoln Terms and Conditions:
"The Company reserves the right to request proof of a Player's age at any time."
Proof of players age is one thing, and photo of your self holding your id next to your face is something other, nowhere stated. If it was stated, i will never open any account with them.
For me, story about verification begining and finishing at this point. You can ask whatever you want for someone verification, but please, put it in terms, and let someone to decide do he/she wants to have anything with you or not.
All in all, they have bill on my name, drivers licence which doesnt meet their criteria of quallity, and personal ID which was verified and accepted, but still keep asking for more and more, just not to pay.
After month, or more, i almost forgot on my winnings, and finally realised why land based casinos are much better option then online, in the world full of unfair and untrustable companies, ready just to take a profit, but not to pay to their winners.
The most important thing here is to respect Terms and Conditions, and if casino expect it from players side, it must be respected from casino side even more.
Apologies on long post, and kind regards to Lincoln mail support team which was full of understandings and threat me as a person in whole process, what cant be said for their security department and some manager.
With a hope this will help me to receive my lucky winnings, or, in another side, help to another players to decide where will they open theirs account and what can expect when comes to rare point of cashout.

Slot Crazy Casino - Refusing to pay winnings
I opened up an account with slots crazy recently and began to play. I didn't use a bonus. I deposited 20 overall and won 510 pounds. I withdrew then the next day I had an email saying my refusal was denied, they were going to return my deposit and freeze my account. Unknown to me slots crazy is associated with the 'Cassava group' which own 888.com. over 5 years ago I excluded from 888.com for 5 years (I felt it was a good tool to curb spending less, we are talking 20 quids here not hundreds or anything like that). They are saying that because I excluded from 888.com that they won't pay me as it's part of the same group of companies.
My defense is simple. Firstly I had no idea and how would the average user know if two companies are the same? Secondly I used the same username, contact number and email address so why wasn't it instantly blocked? Thirdly the money was won fair and square and I was outside their maximum exclusion period anyway so it shouldn't make a difference.
Can someone advise me on this?

Planet 7 Casino - Several Payouts well past due
I currently have several approved withdrawal requests from Planet 7 Casino. These withdrawl requests have dated back since 6/22/2016.
As you can see, these are way past due based on the 7 to 10 days published on the planet 7 web site. They are also past due based on the 20 days the casino then states upon approval. This is quite frustrating.
My story is very similar to many others who have posted here regarding their Planet 7 payouts.
At first, the withdrawals department informed me that the payouts had been "escalated" and that I was to deal with Ally via email in order to get these paid. As instructed, I emailed Ally only to receive an automated response saying they are very backed up but I would hear from Ally personally within a few days.
Most of the frustration lies in the deceptive information posted on the web site as well as in the email correspondence. I don't know how a business can be considered legitimate and on the level with such practices. I've held up my end of the deal and only ask that Planet 7 does the same.
What is the best way to get this resolved?

Spin and Win Casino - Delayed payment for "game provider checks"
I was having issues with a delayed payment from Spin and Win and after a google search found the same complaint listed (and still open) here.
I requested a withdrawal of £1,000 on 13th July and despite no communication from Spin and Win, no apologies for the delay or explanation I am still waiting. Upon asking on live chat they told me about these "routine game provider checks" which apparently can delay payment indefinitely.
This is ridiculous. They have also now asked for documentation, but this is not to resolve the issue. I have informed them that when they email me to tell me that the game provider checks are complete I will forward the requested documents.
I expect if checks cannot be completed in a reasonable time frame then they should process the payment within 5 days.

Sin Spins Casino - Prepaid credit card issues
I deposited two days ago and my account was immediately locked. They requested documents and current card I used so I sent them what they asked for. This was no problem. They then sent an email requesting the last three credit card I used and the credit card statement showing the transactions. I told them I could not provide that because I only use prepaid visa or mastercard vanilla cards. Once you use it to deposit and there are no winnings resulting from the money then you throw it away. They are a one time use. I have told them that numerous times via email. Most Canadian credit cards do not allow deposits to international gambling sites. I have also requested that security call me to no avail. I asked in another email to either unlock the account or refund my money and again no response. They must of come across this before and I don"t understand their problem. They just keep sending emails requesting the last three credit cards and all I could provide is the one I used two nights ago and that is a prepaid mastercard as well. They have good reviews so I don't understand their problem. Please help me resolve this issue.
