I have asked for a withdrawl and they first said it has been paid 11/7/2016 and then they said I must send them a statement which I did.. There after I contacted them again and this time they said my payment is on its way. Then I contacted them again and this time they said that they are having technical problems. I never had any problems with them before. Only now!! Im still waiting for my payment off R2500. I really need this to be resolved. All emails will be submitted on request.
