CrazyWinners Casino - Delayed payment and stalling methods

I would like to file a complaint against CrazyWinners Casino. I made a 2000 SEK deposite on the 6th of november. With NO bonus. After a while I hade 9084 SEK and wanted to make a withdraw. It didn't work and I got to know that I can only withdraw a maximum of 5000 SEK per week. Fine, so I then made a withdraw for 5000 and the day after I got an email requesting documents. I quickly send them all in and on the 8th I got another email saying they had been approved. Great I thought! But no, not so easy... I emailed anders@crazywinners.com (the manager in Scandinavia) and he told me the withdraw could take up to 18 workdays, but probably faster and that he would try to speed it up for me. On the 15th of november I made a second withdraw for the last 4084 SEK. I waited and on the 24th of november I contacted Anders again and he said that he had tryed to speed it up for me but it had not worked. I waited a few more days and when 18 workdays had passed I emaild Anders again and asked where my money was. No answer this time. Two days later I emaild him again. No answer. I then email finance@crazywinners.com. No answer. I emaild Anders again. No answer. I emaild support@crazywinners.com. No answer.... On the 7th of december, after 7 days (!!), I get an email from Anders who says he have been in contact with the finance department and they have lump together my two withdrals into one and that the money will be sent in the beginning of next week. Next week arrives...no money. I emailed Anders again...two emails to be exact, with two days apart. No answer utill on sunday the 18th of december. He says that he does not know why I havent got my money yet and that he hade been trying to get some clarity in what is wrong. Thats all. It is now tuesday 20th of december. Still no money and no more contact from Anders and I doubt I will here from him again. I have tryed to contact the chatroom support several times but they are useless. They just tell me to contact Anders...that he is the only one who can answer my questions... it like a joke. What am I suppose to do??? I have been much more than patient about this! I dont have the energy to knep naging. I feel like they are just stalling utill I give up. Withdraw made on the 7th of november and 30 workdays (1,5 month) later and I still have not receved my winnings. How can they treat their players/customers like this!?? Please help me!
