I registered at Play.casino in December 2016. Played from time to time - both slots and roulette. Mostly roulette recently. Wasn't lucky at first. I was even pronounced a VIP player. Then I hit a win of approximately $11k playing roulette (paid out). But when I got the second big win of $11700 in a week or so (again, playing only roulette, no bonuses or stuff like that) and ordered a cashout, I was told that there is an investigation on my account. Casino staff promised to give me a call. But they did not. In a few days my account was blocked with all of the last win amount still there. The only comment that comes from casino support is that I was a fraud and the decision to block my account is final.
That seems like either a big mistake or an extremely rogue behavior on their side. I kindly ask to help me figure out what's really happening here.
