Malibu Club Casino - No answer back to multiple emails

Hi, more than one month ago i won 100€ from the *** 1 HOUR FREE PLAY *** promotion. I sent 3 emails with no answer back for know if im able to withdraw after a minimum deposit of 30€(by the rules) or if im under some restriction(provenience area, multi free bonus played,exceed single bet limit, etc etc) or not. I sent 2 emails to support@malibuclubcasino.com with no answer and one to vipmanager@malibuclubcasino.com, i found here in the comments reading the other complaints on askgamblers.com, with no answer too. The funny thing is that i keep receive, almost every day, emails from them asking me to play with their deposit and no deposit bonus. I do not contact live chat because, always from reading others complaint here on askgamblers.com, looks like you can not really rely on their operators. So, to end this complaint, is anybody there from Malibu Club Casino to answer me back and let me know what should i do? I do not want "try on my own" and than discover, after the deposit, im not able to withdraw. Thanks Loris
