I requested a withdrawal on July 22, 2017 and it is now August 17, 2017. it is for 1,200. I have spoken with 5 customer service rep, who stated that they were going to send it to their manager as an escalation to process. I spend alot of money at this casino and it is not right that my money can be taken right away, but I have to always put in a complaint in order to get it when I win. I am going to start looking for another casino to spend my money, one that will payout when they say and not when they want to
