Made a $400AU withdrawal but needed to upload documents to receive money, 50+ hours ago I sent them and asked for an update in that time aswell. I have had no communication from the casino other than the initial "Please send documents" this email also contained a link for a ticket to their support part of the site, which will not let me log in! I have notified them of this and still no answer. Is this acceptable? I would not even need to complain if they simply communicated and let me know what's happening. I enjoy playing here and it's a shame as other online casinos verification is much faster!
