I have been trying to withdraw money for almost 2 months now. The first couple of weeks was a hastle as i was not notified what documents needed to be sent through. Each time i would email the casino support i would get a automated reply saying they will be in contact with me in 24-48 hrs. This never happened! I would wait between 4-7 days then i would email them once again to see how my withdrawl is going. I would eventually get a reply saying i need to send in more documents. Long story short i was not getting a reply from the casino support until after i would send multiple emails asking whats going on. I am still in the same situation now. I was asked to send another statement or utility bill which i sent multiple times without reply. I once again got the automated reply saying they will reply in 24-48hrs. Im 5 days in waiting now hence the reason i am trying to take this matter further to get results. I have given all documents they have asked for but have not progressed anywhere in nearly 2 months. Its ridiculous!!
