I first withdrew 784.00 CAD on my master card (which I used to make the deposits) on january first 2017. I have been asked to send documents and I did, they confirmed to me that everything was in order. I then received a message days later that I could not receive the withdrawal on master card. I then made a withdrawal using my bank account and they confirmed it. I asked them what was the status of my transaction and they confirmed a deposit was made into my bank account on the 12th of january and it could take 3-7 days to reach my account. we are now on the 23rd of january and nothing was sent into my bank.

I successfully "opted in" to a Betsafe bonus offer on 12th January 2017. The offer was deposit and wager £50 for a £15 bonus with 35x roll over requirement. I wagered the full £50 (losing) and 2 days later accepted the £15 bonus. I span £1 spins, completing the wagering requirements with a final account balance of £974.25. Having made a full withdraw request on 14th Jan, I received an email 2 days later saying my winnings had been confiscated. The following reason was given 12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address. 20.1 If we suspect that you have breached these Rules, we may refuse to open, suspend or close Your Account. We may also withhold any money in Your Account (including the deposit) and set off any money or damages due to us against the money in Your Account. I can confirm I am the only person who has lived at this address for the past 10 years with a Betsafe account. I do not hold an account with Betsafe under any other name, with my or any other bank account, email address or phone number. I am unable to prove this but I can categorically say that Betsafe cannot hold any information to the contrary as this would be impossible. I sent the following to Betsafe: Dear Madara, Further to my email yesterday which I understand is now with the relevant team, I would ask that the following information also be forwarded on my behalf. Firstly I would like to confirm that I (removed), email (removed) am the only individual residing at (removed) with a Betsafe account. On the 29th November 2016 I received an email from Slots Magic offering a few different bonuses as part of a Black Friday campaign. I have attached a screenshot of the offer. So I went ahead and deposited claiming the bonus. I was careful not to break any of their terms and conditions and lucky enough to win £2100.58 from a deposit of £100. Well at the time I thought I was lucky but it seems I was mistaken. After complying with all their requests for documents I received the following email on the 2nd of December: Dear Ruby, I am sending you this email in order to inform you of the following. Please be advised that your withdrawal has been cancelled, winnings have been removed and last deposit was left in real balance as you have breached the following term: In accordance with the privacy policy, we regularly send promotional emails with bonus offers. You are only eligible for the bonus if you received the email directly from us. You may unsubscribe from receiving promotions by contacting customer support. If We determine that a specific customer did not receive that particular promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient that this promotion was sent out to, we will not honour any payout requests from the customer, even if they have met the wagering criteria. Shall you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards, I responded to their email informing them that this was a mistake and attaching their email as proof. They said that their promotions team would get back to me. They got back in touch insisting that they never sent the email despite the attachment clearly showing that they had. The promotions team has clearly made an error (which happens) although they are not owning up to their mistake. So as a last resort I feel forced to publish the events at this and other gambling watchdog sites. I hope that this can be settled once and for all.

I am very upset this casino said many excuses for not paying me i have sent in many emails for me and them I won the money in October 2016 on a no deposit bonus of $75 which I sent in pic of history of bonus I won the money off the bonus they gave me on the 24th of October of 2016 I tried to withdraw the winnings was 3550$us i never wagered any of the winnings i wanted to withdrawal it all and the casino has come up with a number of different reasons for not paying me then they asked me to letter from bank with very specific words which took me nearly a month to get and then they said they would honour the withdraw im not making any of this up i have many emails proving my case then the letter from the bank wasn't good enough even though it contained everything they asked they wanted it stamped then after I sent that email they said they would get back to me in 24-48-72 hours no email returned to me they keep saying i won the money off the card that is in my partners name which I have a joint account with him they i told them first this that we had a joint account I have sent them over 75emails trying to verify my account then ythey said i had to take it out in $750 increments so i asked to see some proof of this rule and they couldn't show me anything in writing i claimed my playing bonus which added up to 10$us and i had already had put in for one withdrawal of $750 then a man named Amos told me to withdrawal the rest of my winnings with added up to 2800 which the service officer told me to then they took my winnings for so many different excuses i had the winnings in my account for a month and had been knocked back and asked for so many documents even asked for my partners birth certificate and took a picture of him holding it with his face in it even asked for a letter of authorisation from my partner everything you can asked for i have many emails proving my claims that go back to last year im not making any of this up i need someone to investigate this and help me im disabled and i have done everything possible there keeping my winnings illegally and using excused that are not true
