I was approved for 3 payouts on 12/28/16, 12/29/16 and 1/3/17 for $1835, $2500 and $2500. When I ask for information on check tracking numbers or anything else helpful I am told that the their "system is slow" and that they cannot get answers for me because of it. I find this to be a fairly disheartening answer given that it is 2017 and we can get internet service on the moon. Anyway, I would like for information and answers on the checks within a reasonable time frame given that it's already been 6 weeks since the requests were made and 4 since they were approved.

Winner Casino - Can't log in on my account
Hello, first time i'm writing here...
So, this is my problem with winner casino, I can't log in.
I open acc in this casino before 2-3 days, and win some money, 700 euros, debosit was smooth. After I won, i withdraw money from accoun, and still waiting. Ok, that is not an issue couse it says it will take 3 buissnes day to withdraw money.
But, this morning I try to log in on my acc, and I can't. I try couple of times, but no succes. I even try to log in on their aplication for PC, still no succes.
After I try couple of times, I decidetd to go on ''lost log in'' procedure. I recive mail with new password, I try with new pass, but no success...I send them an email and waiting their response. I don't know what to do?
Dose anybody had similar problem? What can I do?

Planet 7 Casino - Have Not Received My Payouts
I have 3 payouts that were requested through Planet 7 Casino. One was fro $1900.00 on approximately 10/15/2016. The other 2 were for approximately $8500 between 11/20 - 11/25/2016. I have confirmed with Planet 7 that I have sent in all of my verification documents, and was told that my payments would be "expedited" . I would also like to add that while my payouts do total a nice sum of close to $11,000, I was a VIP player that spent well over 4-5 times that in the past 6 months. Requested withdrawal on January 3rd. Its now January 26th and the withdrawal is still pending. I was told it takes 12-15 business days to approve a withdrawal, which is pretty ridiculous, but it's been SEVENTEEN business days, and still no approval. Will try keep this short, last week i got given 50 free spins which i won £5.00 from, from this £5.00 i won £450.00 and tried to withdraw £250.00, i was then email and told terms and conditions state i can only withdraw £100.00 from a no deposit bonus. What a joke! Requested first withdrawal in December 2016. Maria Casino - Accound suspended with my money in it, no reason provided
Hi guys, I signed up in maria casino a couple of weeks ago. I played for two days until I sent my withdrawal request. A few days after my withdrawal request, I was no longer able to log into my account and received an email that my account was suspended. Old Havana Casino - Wagering requirement not calculated correctly by their own system
I had registered to this casino, claimed $25 free chips and then checked the wagering requirements provided automatically by the system, it was $2000, and with a maximum cashout of $125.
I have completed the wagering requirements, i had about $600-$700 when i got the "Wager Complete Flag" so the system deducted all my bonus funds except the $125 i can cashout - attached a screenshot from it - started the withdrawal process via Neteller and i have sent my documents for the KYC process.
Days later i have got this email from the casino:

That was on 24th of January (Tuesday). 4 days later still not got any reply to this email, so today i had logged in and saw still not have any wager, just the cashable amount of $125, then i was played and lost this $125 because i think they will not give me back my bonus funds for completing their "Special" wagering requirements...
So they are just ignoring me, and does not want to pay...yes, it was free money but if they are acting like this it is 10000% that i will not be deposit there...
I don't recommend this "Casino" to anyone...

Star Games Casino - Refuses to pay out winnings, will not provide reason and explanation why

I'm writting you complaint against Stargames casino for blocking my account and refusing to payout winnings.
I have submitted a withdrawal request on 14.01.2017 night for the amount of 250,00€ and remaining balance was cca 50€ on my account.
That night they blocked my account and asked for identitiy verification in order to pay me out.
That identification procedure was as painful as getting a house loan, and after 13 days of struggle and multiple delivery of all documents, on friday 27.01 they wrote me, as their final decision: "Your money has been blocked and kept according to our general terms and conditions of play. Company reserve unlimited right to block and declare void all winnings whic are not gained honestly". Without any reason and/or explanation.
All of this looks like online scam casino to me. I'm registered player for years. Played and paying a rake on winnings for quite time. And first time won something, and they blocked me and refuse to pay out for no reason just pointing to breach of the casino general terms and conditions, article G,H and I.
Please help.
