In October 2016 I won $659.00 I cashed out sent my info in and waited in about two weeks I emailed them and they said they didn't have the paperwork to forward my money so I resent it. And on November 8th they took my money out of my playing account and said it would be on the way. By December 9th I emailed them again and asked where my money was and they told me sorry for the delay and they would send it to finance and because of the holidays it may take some time. Well here it is a new year and I emailed them about a week ago and they told me they did not have my paperwork to send me my money this business is such a cat and mouse game it is ridiculous. You never get emailed by the same person the phone number does not work and I never hear from them. I'm at my last straw. So if you are thinking about signing up for there casino Planet 7 think again you will not get paid.

Made withdrawal requests on 11/8/16 and 11/23/16 almost 3 months have gone by and still no payment, just excuses. After having to submit my requested paperwork MULTIPLE times, I finally get told my paperwork is complete. I call almost every week and every week I am being told the same thing, I should receive my payout by month's end, well here we are again, another months end and still no payment, just excuses. I have been waiting on $ 5,374.00 and Quite honestly by looking at all the complaints currently online about Planet 7 Casino, I don't believe I will ever see a payment. does anyone one know of some legal action that could be taken, I have put 100's of dollars into this place, as I am sure there are many others who have as well, with no payouts.

I have had several withdrawals going back to October which have yet to be paid. I have tried reaching out to the VIP Hosts several times with zero response. I've been playing at this site for the past year and never had any issues until the past few months, then the payments just stopped and very little if any response to my emails asking for updates. I have 2 wire transfers, $1550 and $2300 approved on 1/16 and when I just checked with live chat I was told I am no longer vip so I don't have any host and my payment is getting delayed because of the large volume of withdrawals during the holidays, just like my last complain which lasted for almost 2 months after being approved for me to get paid. Hi ask gamblers before I write a complaint to yoursite again regarding gala casino I have attatched a few screen shots of that's chats I have had from gala VIP I would very great full if you could read the complaint I sent as i really do not know what to do or where I stand with this whole situation I've asked around but not no real solid answer as this has never happened before I did not opt into any bonuses or won my winnings from them I want to be completely honest with what has happened if you could please find the time to read this I would very greatfull I haven't slept properly for nearly two weeks Basically I played on gala in December 2016 I did not win anything at all which is fine so I didn't play again for a few weeks after Christmas I played again and on the 27th I won around 11000 from pharaoh fortune which they paid me fine afterwards I played different games like piggy wizard, jungle jackpots roulette blackjack and many more for hours and hours over different days my lucky streak kept on going I won a further 20000 acumalated over a few days I withdrew around another 12000 then another 9000 I had now acumalated enough funds to carry on playing and see how my luck was going on the the 4th of January I won around 16000 which I withdrew but it never hit my account but I wasn't fussed as I had already won quite a lot and had plenty to get me by it had gotten to around 10days before I started questioning where had my money got to. In between that period I was playing Pharos fortune and got to the bonus round but it crashed which had happened before in the past the customer service team and website just tell you to close the browser and log back in and your game should resume as normal when I logged back in this was on the 7th of January and tried to play my bonus round on Pharos fortune it redirected me to the new Cleopatra plus game bonus I won over 3000 from that feature but I did not draw it out I lost it back to them on blackjack and other games firstly as I thought it was a bonus or new game promotional thing and I did not want to enter into any of there bonuses wager scams as I play quite large in general and i did not want to get into and arguing into any bonus abuse disputes . Anyway after playing cleopatra plus I quite enjoyed the bonus and game so I played Cleopatra again only this time I played the original one accidentally but I won which I was over the moon with but then again I lost it all back to other games and did withdraw anything I deposited a further 160 into gala and played the new Cleopatra plus which I wanted to play in the first place I bet 80gbp a spin and on my second spin I won a bonus round which paid over 22000 I couldn't believe my luck I was actually felt like fainting I carried on playing for hours that day and won around 69000 over the entire day on Cleopatra plus. Rise of Anubis roulette and blackjack. I then drew out all my money I had which was 69000 I planned for everything a new car deposit for house charity work and basically just counting my chickens before they hatched. Any way back to my 16000 withdrawal I had still not received by funds in my account after 10 days of calling everyday from the seventh onwards which was strange as I withdrew to Skrill which usually take 24hours so it got to the 12th of January and still I funds which by this point I am very worried they said don't worry it is normal for big wins and it's just going through security which I accepted and so I thought ok no worries so I tried to log in to my account later that day and it said player cannot log as this player is frozen this is when it went all wrong I called every day and spoked to customer services and they said they have no information and it was with the payments team everyday I rang with the exact same response until I started speaking to the VIP accounts manger tony who was very understanding and and very good as were all the customer service team they were all lovely and really trying to help me find what's happening. Which is very important as I really was panicking they were wonderful. Fast forward to the 22nd I spoke to tony again and he told me it's bad news I only received small amounts of information but basically he told me that on most of my bonuses I won my stake wasn't taken and that the winnings and all the winnings acumalated through this would be voided they said that when I reached my bonus rounds they went into demo play instead of real play so my wins do not count. So now I nearly fainted again I could not believe what they were telling it thinking this is a scam I've been robbed what lawyers can I get what can I do I'm missing 87000 which I genuinely won. First of all I can say with out any doubt the slot games which I played none of them have demo mode it is not possible for it to go into free play mode so I don't understand there argument and if they are claiming this or even if this is true where have my bonus rounds gone that I had reached I used my money and placed valid bets there terms and conditions can't win in every angle can they I didn't influence any outcomes I didn't do anything but press spin how can I know there there claim is true it didn't malfunction it played normally and fine this is totally biased if they use this clause to void all my winnings it's a life changing amount and I can't just do nothing about it Please can you recommend what is my best option to make sure they can't twist or tamper with any of my gameplay as I can't even logg in to acquire my statements. Hi there! Once again, I am having trouble with this group. I have several withdrawals (checks) coming, beginning way back on 1/13/2017, well past their supposed 10 to 14 day waiting period) for different amounts, including: $580, $520, $500, $665, $650, $570, All of these withdrawals were made within two weeks, and all since 1/13/2017. I submitted new paperwork including their signed authorization form and copies of my credit cards, licence, and utility bill. I even sent a carbon copy of everything to Tawni, whom has handled things for us before with this group of Casinos...but have heard nothing as of yet. I've had the pleasure of trying some different Casino's and since I'm new to this world I was a little hesitant and worried what kind of people were running these sites. To my surprise I have to say I'm positively surprised. EVERY Casino I've won at have paid the full amount of my winnings. Some have been slow to pay out but with a little reminding they've always fulfilled their duties, except ONE. ONE casino stands out: CASINO VENTURA DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO!!! I played slots and won 2500USD on my first deposit that included a welcome bonus. I played through the wagering requirements. I then sent a request for a withdrawal to make sure this was ALSO an honest casino. I got a response that my withdrawal was denied. Nothing more. I emailed the cashier but did not get a response at first. So I asked in the chat. They looked into my case and found the following to say about the reason for my withdrawal being denied: The winnings have been forfeited according to terms and conditions due to fraudulent behavior and taking unfair advantage. I then questioned how I'd been "fraudulent and unfair" when I've played exactly according to their requirements. I then get a fairly surprising email that "the winnings have occured after a technical default and that they don't believe I was responsible for this" and that they've credited MY DEPOSIT back to my balance.... THANKS! SO, they blame these winnings on a technical default on their end.. (the games were working fine all this time, by the way) and because of this they've stripped me from 2500USD and returned 100 instead. Perhaps they thought I'd be happy and could start over winning again... well, what's the reason really, when you can't win at this site without being "fraudulant and unfair" or that, God forbids, there should be ANOTHER technical default. I've followed up and let them know that I will spread this at gamblers forums, not to be an ******** but to WARN other players of CASINO VENTURA. They brought it up for review with their management for further investigation and decided that the decision they took remains final. Bottomline: they have admitted it's their fault and still feels I don't have the right to my honestly won winnings as you can see in the mail conversations provided via the screen dumps attached. And more importantly, there is no breach of bonus terms, this is not a delay in payment. This is fraud straight up and down and I have the emails to prove it. They took a chance at not paying and I've offered Casino Ventura several times to resolve this matter but to no avail. I've been polite in my emails and the only thing I've done is to tell them that I will go to askgamblers and even so they decided to not pay the money. Thanks for your time. I have recently made 5 deposits to Playamo close to 700 Euros, after having done many more in the past, as well as cashouts in the past. Luck was on my side, when I reached an overall winning of 5307.40 Euros. I have not used any bonusses and cancelled all free spins as well without using them. I decided to cashout, and then it started, I have to verify my account, which was already verified from before, but this time I had to upload a selfie, which I did, and the file was approved. Since then my cashout remains pending, and everytime I contact live chat I get a different excuses / reason for the delay: Delay reason 1: Please wait 24 hours for processing Delay reason 2: Please wait 3-5 working days for processing & bank transfer, all is ok, please just wait. Delay reason 3: Please wait 3-5 working days for processing & bank transfer Delay reason 4: We are working on the problem, should be resovled soon Delay reason 5: Your winnings are being checked with our software provided, that is all I can say Clearly, they are delaying the cashout of this amount and / or are trying to find reasons not to pay out. I have live chat transcripts of all my conversations & screenshots of the cashout requests, just to backup my case. Hi! I started playing at this casino the other day and claimed their first deposit bonus right away. I made bets of SEK50 until I lost my whole balance which removed the active bonus from my account. Then I made a second deposit and received another bonus. I started with SEK 5000 and started betting SEK 70. I continued playing and ended up having SEK 31800 that I managed to wager before I made a withdrawal. Everything was great, they congratulated me, asked for my documents, thanked me for sending them and told me to standby for further contact with the Finance Department. Then I got the email from the Finance Department saying I had breached their terms by betting over 10% of my total balance and they had confiscated all my winnings! But that is not true! I logged into my account and reviewed all my bets during playing with the second deposit bonus (the one leading up to my winnings and withdrawal). And I found no faults done by me. My balance was NEVER even under SEK 2500 and therefor I wasn’t even close to breaching the 10% rule since the highest bet I made was SEK70. So I contacted support and told them so and that I hade proof for that. Then they actually admitted that it was true that I hadn't breached any terms when playing my 2nd bonus! I thought: Great, now it will all be solved. But then they claimed that I had bet more than 10% while playing with my first bonus. But that bonus was already lost, I didn’t win anything from that one, the balance went to zero, and I was allowed to take a new bonus and try again. I understand that if I would have won while playing with my first bonus they would have the right to confiscate the winnings but I didn’t. And they do not have the right to confiscate winnings from a bonus where I did nothing wrong! Especially since they even admitted that I had done nothing wrong during that play! This casino just don’t want to pay my winnings and is trying everything! AskGamblers could you please help? I have made copies of my whole gameplay during the second bonus which proves that I played by the rules every single bet. It is too big to upload but I would be more than happy to sent it to you if you would like to review it?

I made a withdrawal request on 3rd December for $2500 then was told it was denied, I sent in verification documents prior, then saw $120 taken out and was tod that was the match bonus and was approved on Jan 15th and til this date have not heard back from this casino, with multiple attempts to contact the casino via phone or live chat and nothing still til this day

I have been playing at proud casino a few months have made several deposits , bank account is verified and they are always glad to take my money no issues. Saturday evening I deposited using EFT for 1700 $ I was winning and within moments I was locked out of account. Contacted agents as requested was given no info , I sent email stating I would not release funds from bank account until resolved and I could log in and access winnings. Spoke to several agents given no information again and again. They still attempted to take money from account costing me 400 dollars in fees. I stated in email and to agents I would gladly release funds when I could log in and access my winnings , have received no emails since. I have had this issue with a dozen online casinos now , they will gladly take your money when your losing it with no issues, but the moment you win or want to withdraw there are suddenly " account issues " or withdrawal is virtually impossible. Am getting tired of being taken advantage of by these companies , I just want to enjoy playing the games and once in a while make some money doin it as opposed to every experience thus far. Hoping to get this issue resolved thanks.

In November I won over €2500. I made a withdrawal and uploaded my documents but nothing happens. I sent the Casino an email asking about the delay, and the reply was "I have sent the request to the finance department for them to check your account as soon as possible..." That was the only time they have replied to me. That was 7 weeks ago. My documents are still pending verification in the casino, any emails I send them are ignored and I have sent messages using the contact form on their web site but those are also ignored. If I try to speak to Online Chat I am told they “will send a message to finance about it." But now even the Online Chat ignores me and my balance is missing and I have still not heard back from them since early December.

It's just really sad too Sunset Slots closing member's accounts that have cash balances. Who is going to trust Sunset Slots with a cash deposit? They will close your account when your up and steal your money blaming a terms violation with no explanation or proof. I have a single account at Sunset Slots Casino. I have made 4 deposits and maintained a $5,800 cash balance. For this complaint to be resolved I would like my account be re-opened with my $2,118 and most importantly my winnings from the (Tuesday Jan 31) 200k tournament placement. Thanks to websites like AskGamblers, LCB and WizardofOdds we can hold casinos like Sunset Slots accountable for closing member accounts with cash balances and tournament winnings. This is unfair and bad behavior on behalf of the casino.

NextCasino - Delayed verification and payment of winnings

I was hoping that I would not have to write this complaint but Nextcasino are stalling the process of verification to the max and they take forever to reply, if even replying at all. After reading the terms of Nextcasino´s welcome-deposit-offer of 125% I decided that it looked like a decent deal. I opened an account and deposited 2000sek. I played a few different slots with bets ranging from 30sek to 50 sek and when I was done wagering the 100 000sek after many hours of fun I had run up the account to about 29 000sek and I could not have been happier. At this time I requested a withdrawal of 22 000sek and I was asked to verify my identity. I sent in copies of my driver´s license and a recent utility bill and everything was still great. When I (on 12/1) tried to log in to see if the withdrawal was processed I got a message that my account was blocked. I contacted support and they sent a new mail in which they asked for further verification documents: “Dear Customer, Your account has triggered a security alert in our system and was frozen by our payments provider. As security (for both us and our customers) is a high priority of ours, we require you to verify your account by sending us certain required documents. Your account will be frozen during the time of this verification. Please send us the following information in an email: 1. A scan or digital photo of your passport personal details page OR a scan of National ID card/drivers license (back and front). 2. A scan or digital photo of a recent utility bill (electricity, phone, or alike) not older than 60 days. 3. A close up photo where you hold your ID/passport next to your face. 4. Furthermore, we also require you to send us notarized copies of certain documents to our platform and payments provider's physical address: Please mail a notarized copy of your ID/Passport and a notarized copy of a bank statement (your name, your address, account number and the date needs to be present, no older than 60 days) to: Everymatrix, Nouveau Center, 4th Floor, Lipscani 102 Street, Sector 3, 030039 Bucharest, Romania We will need full contact details of the notary used so that we can confirm the authenticity of the documents we have received. This means you will have to bring your bank statement and ID/Passport to the notary to have them notarized the authenticity of the documents and also verified that you are indeed the person stated in the documents. Kind regards, Mark NextCasino Security” I complied to everything and sent notarized documents with express DHL to Everymatrix in Bucharest. These documents were delivered and signed for two weeks ago on Wednesday 18/1. It is a costly process notarizing documents and sending them to a physical address in Romania and you could at least expect updates regarding the matter. No other Casino have ever asked me of something similar and now they are also stalling the process with the argument that: “Please note that a verification like this is not instant. Your documents are being reviewed by our platform provider and they wll finalize this as soon as they can. Regards, Mark NextCasino Support” Nextcasino have turned a happy moment into an upsetting process. I have read similar complaints and I am obvioiusly not the first customer to be treated like this. I have an account with jvc,on 04/01/2017 I made a withdrawal and same was paid into my bank account,the same account I use to deposit money into my vic account. 06/01/2017 I made another withdrawal ,having won $1000.00,two weeks later I had not received payment ,when I contacted the casino I was told they could no longer deposit my money into my bank account,they requested I set up a neteller account,I advised them I could not do this,and, after several emails they said they would send a cheque.I then received an email advising they had sent the cheque to my previous address I notified them within one day ,only to be told they could not cancel this cheque and resend it to my current address,they did not conform my address before sending the cheque,After 3 weeks They then requested verification of my current address,I sent same within one day,again I waited for the cheque to be resent,still no cheque,I again contacted them I was advised they had waited for original cheque to be returned before resenting cheque to current address, however,two days later I received an email advising they can not send a cheque,and ,again requested I set up a neteller account,I have advised I cannot do this ,but, still they say they cannot send a cheque,and cannot pay the withdrawal money into my bank account,This is rather frustrating,they can accept money from my bank account. But,cannot pay mobey into same a account.They have sent a cheque to non current address,without confirming details prior to sending,then ask for verification of current address,say they have sent cheque,but,now advise they cannot send a cheque,a and ,again ask me to set up a neteller account. I received my first payment of $1,300 in September 2016. It has been since that time that I am awaiting payments totalling $7,501 in total. I am told daily that it is in the process and be patient. I have screen shots with dates and amounts of winnings and a screen shot of today's discussion to be patient and that no one knows what the process and timing
