I've had this issue with payouts from Silver Oak before. Last time it took nearly 6 months to receive payment so I am hoping to solve this issue much quicker by submitting a complaint. Also, last time I was at least able to contact their Payouts department, manager, etc. This time every e-mail I send kicks back as "delivery incomplete". My withdrawl of $2500 was approved 12/30/2016, and I have not heard anything back yet. I have sent e-mails to different e-mail accounts, and each one is kicked back. When I talked to live chat support, they provided me with the e-mail for the manager, and this was also kicked back. I have attached transcripts to back this up.

Planet 7 Casino - Playing games and stalling payments
The last week in December I won $250,000. Ok so I find out I didnt. It was on a chip that they sent me. I did not realize I had received a chip as I had a lot of money in my account and just assumed it was mine when I opened my account. I traced it and they were right. I understand. I am only eligible for a withdrawal of $6,000. There is $5000 I can withdraw. They have only approved one $2500 withdrawal and the other has never been approved. My account shows the other $2500 in the account and the account shows there is an approval of $2500. I send my documents that were requested over and over and over. I kept all the emails. A total of 9 times. When ever I inquired about my funds I was told that they did not receive my documents. I followed all instructions. Then they gave me another email address to send the documents to. I did. When I inquired about the status of my approval they said they had not received the documents. When I send emails I get a notice that they are blocking my emails. When I get online to chat I am told that I need to be patient that they pay out over a million dollars a month. I am beginning to believe they will never pay me after reading all the complaints.

Sun Palace Casino - A month to get paid!
My complaint has to due with amount of time to get paid. I have been a depositor at Sun Palace for about 4 years. I finally got a decent win of $2000.00. They told me they already had my documents that I sent in a few years back. Live chat informed me that I met play through on the deposit bonus. Much to my dismay, when I asked how long it would be to process my withdrawal by ACH to my bank account, they told me 3 weeks to a month. I'm in the U.S. but what I don't understand, is my friend is also in the U.S. and gets paid by online casinos within a week. He plays the Vegas Technology group which are different than the RTGs of course. My question is, if the withdrawals can get to him within a week from the ones he plays, why can't the RTG casinos do the same or even close to the same time range to pay their players in the US? It makes no sense other than to stall or avoid paying. My heart sunk when they told me up to a month. From what I've been reading on your site, I feel I may never get my payout. Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawals approved but not paid
On December 10, 2016 I won and made a withdrawal request of $600. The request was approved on December 23, 2016. Then on December 23, 2016 I won $300 and the request was approved on 1/3/2017. To date, neither of these withdrawals have been paid. I have chatted with various representatives and spoken to various representatives on the phone. The excuse for the delay in payment has been the same......they are backed up with processing payments and to check back again the next week. I have tried to be patient and to trust and believe that the payments will be received. This is primarily because I have not had any trouble with other withdrawals from Planet 7. However, I am beginning to become concerned about my withdrawals and wonder if they will ever be paid out. Neither winning was from the use of a coupon combined with a deposit. OceanBets Casino - Non payment due to unjustified bonus terms breach accusations
Hello i believe that i have been duped by this casino. I initially opened an account with the above casino on the 31/01/17 and deposited 100 euros taking advantage of their 200% bonus. I played on several video slot games over the next two days. Eventually after playing through my bonus i withdrew a sum of 3950euros.
I then contacted support to ask if they required any documentation to support my verification deposit to where they stated they feel is should carry on playing due to having such a high winning streak. I obviously avoided this suggestion as i wanted my winnings.
They then a day later sent me an email saying withdrawal denied.
Then a follow up email arrived stating the following.

Rich Casino - Stalling $3000 payment Although All Verification Docs Approved
I would first like the start with compliment to the great customer service provided by Rich Casino's live chat operators. They have also answered my questions in a timely manner. The casino has a nice variety of games and depositing is very hassle free.
With that said, my complaint is the stalling of legitimate $3000 cash balance. I understand that based on my vip bronze I will only be able to withdraw $1,000 per week. However I am allowed to place the entire cash balance in to the pending withdrawal state.
I had submitted all verification documents on Jan 27th (Ticket #SX60F: CC voucher) and Jan 30th (Ticket #2R2NC). On January 31 an e-check withdraw request was denied. I had already submitted my voided check to the accounting depart as required in the terms and conditions. When inquiring, I was told that I did not type the checking and routing number in an email to to the accounting depart and did not send a canceled check to the security department. I then sent the information requested to the departments.
To avoid any more complications, I emailed support to formally provide notice of my paper check withdraw (Ticket #P0393). I received this response:
"Hello,
We thank you for your reply. Please offer us more information regarding the question, and we will assist you further. If you are asking if there is any documents fur Paper check specifically, there are no documents require for this method, apart from all of the ones require for all withdrawals and specified in our Terms and Conditions.

I switched to my withdraw request to paper check on Feb 1st. On Feb 3rd the $3,000 paper request was declined.

As stated in the email to support and live chat conversation, I have had all verification documents approved and therefore should have been paid out the first installment of $1,000 on Feb 3rd. Prior to my withdraw requests there was no mention of an additional 10 verification process apart from all of the ones required for all withdrawals and specified in the Terms and Conditions. (All documents required in the terms and conditions were approved)
Because the payment was declined and an "additional verification process" was added. It causes a 10 day delay on the payment.
I believe that Rich Casino is a reputable business and does not practice unfair stalling tactics. I hope this is just a misunderstanding and Rich Casino will have a chance to fix the error. Rich casino is my favorite place to play and I look forward to continuing this wonderful relationship.

Shadow Bet Casino - Refusing to cancel a bonus, refusing to refund my own £800
On 1/31/2017 I made a deposit of 300£, and received a bonus of 300£, total 600£ (Welcome bonus). I had a few technical difficulties with the site so emailed technical support and waited for their response. Response received a day later and started playing on the 04/2/2017.
I had a bit of money left on the account and tried to finish it to make the balance reach ZERO, so I can make a another deposit and claim their 50% reload bonus. I thought my balance was zero and the previous bonus was removed, However for some reason I still had 3.60£ remaining on the account, therefore my previous bonus was still active. Which means 300£ x 35x wagering = 10500£.
When I made my second deposit of 800£ (2/04/2017) and receiving the bonus funds of 400£, I checked my wagering and I saw two bonuses. Obviously the first one was there because my previous balance of 3.60 was still on the account. Keep in mind now my balance is 1203.60£.
I emailed support and explained the problem however they did not seem to comprehend, I then proceeded on chat and requested to cancel my first bonus, remaining balance of 3.60£, so I can start playing with my 800£ + 400£.
After a 30 minutes conversation the service rep (Anna) did not understand what was going on. I was told she was new and wanted to verify with her manager. I gladly waited on chat until she verified the information. She said she just spoke to her manager, and was told they can't cancel the bonus because I had already started playing it. I said yes but I made a second deposit and my previous balance of 3.60£ did not reach ZERO, if had been ZERO we wouldn't be having this problem now.
Then after further explanation , she said they can't cancel the bonus. I was fine with that. I told her cancel all my bonuses and leave me my 800£ that I just deposited. Then she said you have no real money, only bonus. I confirmed with her that yes, once you claim a bonus the money you deposited becomes bonus money until you finish the wagering requirements.
She still mentioned that I had used my actual funds. At this point I don't know what to do, laugh or be furious.
I then explained to her that I did not place a single bet after my deposit of 800£, so where did it disappear. She then said I have too many chats open and I would like to solve this issue, I will get back to you by email.
I rather put this complaint here because their service reps and managers do not seem to understand the simple problem here.

Vegas Mobile Casino - Withdrawal of funds unjustily refused
On Monday 30th January I registered with Vegas mobile casino & I made 3 deposits of £25 each with a bonus of 2x £25 1 £6.25 2x £12.50. I spent these bonus's plus my deposits with a balance of 6 pence remaining. I did win £1000 but wasn't allowed to withdraw funds due to me not meeting wager requirements, I still had to wager 3174.5. On many occasions since Thursday I have spoken to the live chat team who haven't been very helpful in explaining why this has occurred other than sending me links to their terms & conditions etc!!!
On the 4th February I spoke to an adviser on their live chat named Andra who in fact confirmed that my wager was met & the withdrawal was allowed (I also have evidence of this)

The response was to let me know that my withdrawal request for $5000. was declined. With no explanation Why! Instead, There is an authorized withdrawal of $709.00! As of 2/4/17, withdrawal still shows authorized, With no further activity. There is no reason for this casino to take my money. I am a VIP Gold member that spends lots of money there. Playamo Casino - Refusing to pay out 1.5 BTC of legitimate winnings
A couple of days ago I took part in the casino's regular 50% Friday reload. I deposited 0.2 BTC and received another 0.1 BTC bonus to play with. Rules state that to cash out any winnings the bonus must first be rolled over 50 times (5 BTC in my case). So after playing a slot game for the required amount I found myself having a 1.7 BTC balance. As the terms of the bonus were met, some minutes later I proceeded to the withdrawal page to request a cashout. To my surprise, my previous balance of 1.7 BTC was gone, 1.5 BTC seem to have been deducted leaving me with only 0.2 BTC in my account.
I proceeded to contact support for explanation. They claimed I had broken their terms and conditions, and I quote: "Anti-Fraud Policy
The Company has strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent or bonus abuse actions including but not limited to: development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings". They wouldn't go into any more details in what way my actions were abusive or fraudulent.
My winnings were 100% legitimate and now the casino is trying to get out of the obligation to pay up. I'd also like to add that I've been a member of the casino for many months prior to this incident, I've made many deposits and had the winnings paid out to me multiple times in the past.

JoyCasino - Failed to comply with request for permanent account closure
I have asked to permanently close my account a few times in early november and the finally again on the 11th of November. Also mentioned to never contact me again and also don't give me anymore offers. Reason for this is because I spend 1000's of euro's and didnt want to go bankrupt.
On the 18th of January they contacted me and on the 20th of Jan made me an offer and I opened the account again.
After that lost 100's of euros again, which shouldn't have ever happened if they kept my account permanently closed as requested.

Mr Ringo Casino - Stalling payment for month, chat support ignoring me
Hi,
I played at Mr. Ringo, with bonus money, wagered it and won a heft sum of 2840 euros. I made a withdraw, uploaded documents, got documents verified, and for the past month I've been told by chat support multiple times I will get payed soon (they never gave a date).
Lately chat support started ignoring me, and that is when I actually got lucky to contact them at all. Most of the time chat is not available.
Today, I was told by chat that my account is under investigation because of cheating.
There was no cheating what so ever, my playing there was 100% legit, not breaking a single term and condition.
So, they stalled the payment, and once it came time to finally get payed, a reason was made up not to pay me. Very convenient.
My guess is they are using my documents I've sent for verification for god knows what, scamming people, and if by accident someone wins big, they can always make up a reason not to pay.
I am sorry I didn't stumble upon this site before, because I can see I am not the only one having the problem with them.
I sincerely hope you could help me, because I played 100% by the rules, my documents were fully verified month ago. At least, brand this casino as a scam casino. Nobody deserves to get ripped off by them.
