My withdrawal was approved on 4/27/16 for a total of only $301.00- 23 days ago. i have been on the high priority list since the 10 day mark. i contact them frequently and am told it will go out in a couple days and have even spoken directly with their manager "Bill"/William and never goes out. Your terms after approval are 10-15 days. I am Sick and tired of dealing with this nicely.
If i do not receive immediate feedback regarding this matter i will pursue this further. Plain and simple.

Bovada Casino - Delayed $7000 Withdrawal For Over Two Months
Filed for a withdrawal on 3/21 accepted 3/22 in the amount of $3000 via Visa Fast Funds... Same scenario as most, have been given the run around for two months. Have been very patient with Bovada. They recently refunded the $3000 withdrawal back into my account two weeks ago... I requested a NOW $7000 withdrawal via a bank wire ( was told it would be the absolute quickest solution) Currently on the third week after re-submitting the $7000 withdrawal. I called Bovada to check on it, and was told by customer service that they are AGAIN experiencing technical difficulties and payments are backlogged.... I should expect my bank wire within 15 business days... I asked to be transferred to player advocacy, so they did, and a representative insisted that my account is marked "high priority" and promises my payment is on schedule. This is ridiculous. I do not know what to believe, and the ethics of this company has driven me to NEVER play any online casino ever again... Hoping you guys can help come to a resolution given Bovada's customer service is of no help. NONE.

Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Answers & payment
Hi gamblers,
I gamble as a hobby and have been for a while. It seems like I rarely withdraw, but consistently depositing (LOL).
Well on May 8th, I decided to withdraw my casino balance of $1,023 but I used a bonus so the balance when down to $763 from Planet7 in check form (this is the 1st time that I withdraw from Planet7) just out of curiosity. Its been an adventure (to put it kindly), the withdrawal was approved May 12 and that is the last I've heard from them. Bovada Casino - Waiting 3 weeks for $475.00
Hello, I recently won 475.00 at Bovada and requested a check by courier withdrawal on 3 May 16. They usually allow 1 free withdraw per month so when I noticed they were charging me 50.00 I called in to inquire why. They said they recently changed their policy of 1 free withdrawal by only giving a free withdrawal if I use Visa "fast" pay. The customer service rep told me I would have the money in 5 days. He puts me on hold and says that everything is in order and right before I hang up with him he says that I will see the money in 10 business days. It is now 24 May 16 and nothing. I have called numerous times and the expected time it would take for me to get my money has risen to 15 business days. After contacting Bovada once again today, I was told I could expect my money next week some time but they werent sure when due to "technical" difficulties. I said that it takes milliseconds for you to accept my deposits and in return it takes weeks to get my withdrawal. Winner Casino - Unfairly seized £25,700
On 18/04/2016 Winnercasino ran a super Mondays bonus offer, where they give 3 reloads of max £300 for 70 80 and 90%.
I had only opened my account a couple of days prior and was looking forward to the great bonuses they have, of which I checked the terms thoroughly, which seemed fair at the time. I hoped my luck would be in as I had won the previous day and was going to place some sports bets on too.
The days prior I had been playing on slots but decided to have a go at roulette on the monday as there are some great games on there.
My first 2 offers lost. My 3rd offer of £333 for £300 won about £7500. This was great although I knew I had to wager it. I did this on black jack hoping that I wouldnt bust out.
I ended up not only wagering the full amount but I had actually won about £27000 after wagering. My luck was in or so I thought. I carried on playing slots, black jack, sports and other games where I won and lost. Eventually finishing with £26000.
I tried a £4000 withdrawal as I wanted to keep some with Winner so I could carry on playing. I didnt get any emails or messages whatsoever. After the money didnt land in the bank I checked the account to find the money was gone and all that was left was my original stake. (I assume because it was £294.40. Unsure where they got that figure)
I went straight to livechat where I was told that I had breached the following term:
10. When a player with an active bonus wins more than double the bonus amount on a game of odds 1:6 or higher, the player must keep playing with bets of similar or equal odds until wagering has been completed. Moving from high risk bets to lower risk bets of 1:3 or lower in order to fulfil wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any winnings being removed.

During this chat, I was became aware that term 10. was a different term to when I checked it PRIOR to playing. When I asked for the date these terms became active, I was refused this information.

They stated that the terms have never been changed since Winner.UK was launched in 2014 however I know this to be untrue as I have a screen shot of this particular term which does not mention a thing about 1:6 odds etc.

These are clearly different.
To sum up.
Winner have changed their terms post playing and wagering and this is clear evidence of it. That is why they initially refused to give me details of when these terms came into effect.
This is exactly the same as the council changing a speed limit from 40 to 30 and then prosecuting you because you drove down the road at 35 the week before the change.
Its ridiculous and criminal. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. After reading on this site it appears I am not the only one that fell foul of Winners Monday night offer and change of terms. What a disgusting way to treat a new customer.

Bovada Casino - Delayed Payment from March 10th still active
I requested a withdrawal on March 10th and I am still waiting to receive payment today. What doesn't make sense is after two months they put the money back into my bovada account and tell me everything is solved and that I only need to request a new payout. Well I did so and I still wait today with no idea when it will ever come. In fact I received an email today saying there is another delay. Planet 7 Casino - Been Overcharged $246.16 on Deposits
Before I go into my complaint, I would like to thank Planet7 for paying back all the money they owed me. The $246 is a trivial amount compared to the many thousands of dollar they have given me in the last few weeks. But this complaint is out of principle.
I have attached an image of the CSV of the charges made to my debit card and the actual amounts I deposited into my casino account. As you can see, I have been overcharged $246.16 with some deposits having an extra $20+ taken without my permission.
Now, I understand Planet7's stance on "cash advances." Here it is for reference:
"Please Note: Depending on your issuing bank, credit card transactions could be treated as a cash advance. Planet7 Casino cannot be held responsible for any cash advance fees involved in this transaction as this is established by the credit card's issuing bank. Consult with your bank for further details."
But before Planet7 argues that these are cash advance charges made by my bank, I have attached an image of the Stanford Federal Bank policy https://www.sfcu.org/personal/credit-cards/secured-visa-credit-card/. They do not charge cash advance fees and they have assured me that this is not a mistake on their part. So either the Stanford Federal Credit Union, one of the most respected banks of one of America's most prestigious universities, is lying, or Planet7, a casino with over 100 complaints, is lying.
I feel that Planet7 (and any online casino) is entitled to charging a fee on deposits. I also feel that Planet7 should have a 3 month delay on withdrawals sine they offer amazing bonuses. But I HATE the fact that they blatantly lie in their terms and agreements. Since people have yet to complain about the issue of overcharging (everyone already knows about the delays), I just wanted the evidence available to the askgambler and casinomeister community that Planet7 and their sister casinos overcharge debit cards on deposits without consent.

On March 20th 2016 a visa fast funds withdrawl in the amount of 2800 was approved and said to be deposited within 8-10 business days. It has been 60+ business days. It's May 25th and still no money received I have emails verifying the withdrawl was approved and sent for processing. Casino Cruise - Unfair Confiscation of 120.300 Euro of Legitimate Wins!
I am high roller and Royal VIP at the CasinoCruise since beginning of the year. At May 17th 2016 i lost 12.500 Euro which i deposited. After that i asked (as usual) for my deposit bonus. Usually i get 10-20% of the deposits in form of a bonus. I got 500 Euro, which i lost during seconds, then again Mr Michael Schreiber from VIP Dept offered 2x500€ in a roll. With this 1.000 Euro i was lucky and able to win in sum 120.300 Euro during the whole night until morning. I wagered the bonus amount 40 times (40.000 Euro) and made it into cash money (see screenshot). Next day they congratulated to my win. Suddenly the financial dept said, i broke the 5€ per Spin rule for bonus money. But as i am a highroller and my bonus amounts are very high i had a discussion months ago with my VIP host regarding the impossibility to play with just 5€ and wager amounts of 120.000 € and more, so she said, i am not limited. Also in the Chat support one week earlier i was told that for VIPs there are always special rules and circumstances.
