Atlantic Casino - Want a refund of all deposits since they use fake games

I am raising a complaint and dispute withAtlantic club casino. I believe I have fell victim to their of their illegal software and there manipulations. The short story and (I have evidence of all the situations that have occurred). During a netent game of Jack Hammer 3rd of April I was winning after free spin game 3000 plus The game did not finish and was on 177 more spins after 15 min of this special free spin game potentially of average 10k more. It was cut off Mysteriously and I was also logged off it looks like they did this. . Weeks went by I was told they were investigating it along with Netent support. They could not give me any information apart from it being a bug. During these weeks they gave free bets as I was a valued customer . However the play through rules were pretty extreme. After pressuring them about the situation they said they would offer me a good will package. Since I was in the region of 3000 euros loss with the previous game they offer me 300 euros for 10 weeks equalling 3000 euros I have lost. The only issue I had to play through 360000 what is left and the original 300 euros would be deducted the rest would be mine. After the 5th week I actually won and beat the extremely difficult task play through of 110000 euros. I have a receipt\invoice of this and also screenshots. They told me on Sunday that I was entitled to only 100 euros and that since I was a vip they would give me 500 euros. Which I disagreed with and dispute as it was against the arrangement agreed. I have screenshots of the winnings receipt also my 2 of my big wins are even displayed on their front webpage. < External links removed> I did the check to test this and it was using the illegal server I also read that you are aware of this and also netent are now aware of this. When I challenged Atlantic they said and I quote. Keith, Everything you've been reading is bull. There are people out there trying to ruin our reputation. We have a contract with an official company that distribute Netent Games, so our games are real. So, don't worry, don't be afraid, everything is above board. Warm regards, Account manager Sandy Since then they have taken the Netent games down. This to me is indisputable and also they lied because netent confirmed they don’t supply a service to Atlantic casino. I want a full refund of all deposits made to this company

i just found out via askgamblers that atlantic casino and its sister sites euromoon and parklane are using fake software on their netent games as these were the only games i played on thier sites i should be payed back all my deposits into all their sites. when i found out what they were at i went to thier live chat to confront them that they were ripping people of with thier false software a chat person called adam answered the chat to say how may i help you once i ask the question about the false software he dissapeared just like my deposits did. i complaint to this casino a few times about the payouts on the netent game gonzo as this is were i lost most of my money and was told that they checked and there was no problem with the game as they had ask the provider but that was a lie as i no now that they should not have been using that software so i want my money back i have all the deposits and dates as they were done threw neteller

On April 7th, my withdrawal requests for $1000 and $665 were approved for payment, I have provided proof of this below. All of my required documents were submitted correctly. I was contacted by a representative and told payment would be sent in 2-3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks before contacting the casino again. After being given the run around for a week I finally got in touch with the person who is supposed to resolve these issues. Her name is Ally and she's from "casino support center". She keeps telling me "soon, soon". Enough is enough and I wanted to file a formal complaint. I have been patient, and there are no reasons why it should be delayed this long. It's been almost 2 months since it was approved!

I try to explain briefly. I provide all copies of my doc, credit cards. They asking proof of address. In my country, Lithuania all bills pay owners, never ever do it tenants. By them rules, it's means, if you are not owner, you can not get back money? They ask bill from my bank online. I looked to my bills online, there no any address(it's normal, today I live here, tomorrow I live in another place). I went to my bank branch and ask to right it down bank statement, what is surprise my bank, because they don't do that, especial when you do online banking. But they did, and gave me kind of statment. I send to royalpanda, but the do not accept it, and they do not want to pay my money. How they can fallow so silly rules? Please, be so kind I help me to sort it out.

I was approved with all documents confirmed on 3/28. They have said nothing is outstanding from my side. I've been following up consistently and keep getting the run around on payment. They say they keep escalating and one time they even claimed my payment was in the next "batch". However, after that, they say nothing happened, and they'd escalate again. I've attached the approval and sample of communications plus the last in the thread about being in next batch. I can't seem to get this resolved myself, and I feel like I'm getting the run around.

I had a great streak one day on March 8th 2016 and got up to over $7,800 and then the greed got the best of me and I ended up with $2,500 to withdraw. The request sat there for over a month before it was approved. I'm sure this is to give people a chance to go in a play with it more and lose it. After a month it was finally approved. They took out the bonus money and the money disappeared from my account and I have no idea where it is. I've contacted customer support several times and got the run around that they are still processing it. Eventually they sent me to the "escalations manager" who would not answer any direct questions and gave me the run around. Eventually they told me that I would not be getting the money in a transfer to a prepaid debit card like I had requested but they would send a check. It is now May 26th 2016 and I have not had any communication form them. I have not seen a check. The money is nowhere that I can see. I have been patient and tried to communicate with them but I get no answers. A few weeks I can understand. A month, sure I can accept that if they have some internal issues that need addressed. But we are now coming up on three months since I won this money. This is unacceptable on many levels. I will never go on this site again. This is the second time I have requested a pay out from them and last time it took about two months. I was not going to go on there again after that but a sales rep called and offered me a bonus and said the process has gotten a lot better. Well, it looks like it has gotten worse.

Won't Pay out. Sent in request to pay out $200. They require detailed form filled out plus copy of front and back of your credit card, plus copy of recent power bill. I sent everything in and was declined. Went to online chat to see why I was declined and they said it takes a week to process information. They asked me to resend info which I did. Still no progress. called and finally ok thanks someone on the phone. He said to send info to management and that I would hear back that day. NO RESPONSE. Finally, on 4/28/16, I received an email saying I would receive payment within 7-10 business days. As of 5/26, did not receive payment. I chatted online with them on 5/26/2016, and they said payment had not been sent because, and I quote them, At this moment we are experiencing a delay due to the amount of payouts they are sending out, since it has increased in the last few months." Sounds like they don't have the money to pay out

hi I deposited at this casino on the weekend and won they paid me £500 which I have recived on Tuesday and £650 wich they say have paid but is still not showing in my account. I then deposited again on Tuesday and won but yesterday morning rejected my withdrawal because they said my bank wouldn't accept payment wich is not true as I spoke to my bank and they said they wouldn't do that only stop money going from my account. I then withdrew last night £1000 anmd just had the withdrawal declined again but this time saying I need to veifiy another card wich I do not own any more as it is old card I have verified two bank cards skrill account and my bank account I belive they are stalling hoping that I play the money please help

After I had some nice wins at Royal Ace Casino I requested 5 total withdraws on 4/13/2016. Four request for $2,500 and one for $1,500. I then got online and started reading reviews of Royal Ace,and then bumped in to this site while doing so. It seems I,m in the same boat as others that have played at Royal Ace. I was told today that it would be escalated, I was also told that none of them have been sent off to processor. I was very , very patient for the last 40 days but after I called today I got very frustrated and decided to look for some help here. I sure hope it helps.

On Sat 14 May 2016, I requested a withdrawal of £100. On May 17, 2016,, I contacted support to ask when I would receive funds. Casino replied on same day informing me that withdrawal had been ''processed from our end 14/05 from that day and on it takes 3-5 working days for the transaction to be complete due to bank procedures'' On May 18th 2016, I received a message which stated the casino had received news this week from their credit card processing partner that they are experiencing a technical issue and would i prefer a bank transfer. I agreed and sent over my bank account details for the transfer. Again on May 18th 2016, I received a meassage stating: "We have reprocessed your withdrawal via Bank Transfer. You should receive your funds within 3-5 working days" On May 24th 2016, I contacted support to clarify if I would receive funds next day as tha would be the 5 business days over and I recieved a reply stating "Yes, should receive your funds by the end of the day tomorrow. However, if you won't kindly get back to us so we can look into it" I have sent an email every day since 24th May but have had no response.

I recently decided to close my account with Slotty vegas. I contacted online live customer support and a guy called Sean responded. I stated i wanted to close my account. He asked why. I stated it was nothing specific against their casino i was just a bit generally disillusioned with online casinos and was just closing accounts. He confirmed the account had been closed. The following day i got an email from Slotty Vegas stating i had self excluded myself for 6 months from all their group of casinos!! I was quite shocked at this as i had requested to do no such thing. So i recontacted live online customer support and again chatted with a guy called Sean. I explained my situation and the fact i was very unhappy about it and asked if he could sort it out. He said it was UKGC regulations because i requested to close it via online customer support and he couldn't do anything. I stated this was incorrect as i did not request a self exclusion just to close my account. I reminded him that i did not ask for a self exclusion and stated i was not happy about a self exclusion being registered against my name . He said he could not do anything and it was "new regulations" I again said i was furious about this and would contact the UKGC with regards to it. He again refused to do anything and cut short the chat. I have transcript of the 2nd conversation if required

One response states a processor error has occurred while another states several past withdrawals have been issued so the missing one isn't a problem.

Hi, I put in for two withdrawals, one for the weekly maximum of $2500 and the second for $1300, on May 15, 2016. I also submitted all of the proper paperwork, ie: credit card agreement, copies of my credit card, license, and utility bill. I submitted these for a second time yesterday, along with a letter asking the management at Planet 7 to please get back to me regarding my payout. I have heard nothing, and my check requests are still awaiting approval. Please help me get my payouts with this casino. This is the first time I have played with them, but as I have withheld my side of the bargain I expect to be paid. I also have a new withdrawal pending, but that was only cashed out on the 25th...they have stopped all promotions for my account, but not paid me... Thanks in advance for your help with this matter! I have several withdraws waiting on cool cat. I withdrew two amounts of 2500 each and another for 1250 all at the same time back in April. So a total of 6250 for this one withdraw (but you can only request 2500 at a time). I was told that I am set up on direct deposit so my payment will be quicker now ( I waited 3 months for my first check)! Now I am getting the run around that they are having delays with direct deposit and asked me for information so they can wire money instead. I finally sent them info to wire money and asked for confirmation on when the wire will be sent. I have not received a response. It has been over a month and I have to keep emailing and requesting status on payment. I really enjoyed playing on this site, but if I have to fight for my payments every day it doesn't seem worth it. They need to pay me all they owe me. I also recently have more withdraws pending and they won't approve and process them until the others are settled.... This could take forever.

After a while I visited the BGO's website and lost £2500. I managed to win back £1350 which was fine, they've paid it without asking any verification details. A day later visited the website again and deposited £100 with 100% deposit bonus purchased from my loyalty points, LOST IT. Deposited again £100 with the same way, LOST IT. I did not have enough loyalty points to purchase any more bonuses, so i deposited £500 WITHOUT ANY DEPOSIT BONUS. After 3 hours playing I've managed to win £5600. Made a withdrawal request for £5600, next morning I had an email asking to verify my identity and address which I've sent them. Few hours later received a response that the verification documents has been verified and If I have been waiting to pledge a withdrawal on the acceptance of these documents, I will now need to log back in and select the amount I wish to withdrawal in conjunction with my selected payment method. So I logged back and saw that I have only £100 on my account. I wrote in the chat window to the representative who told me that my £5600 withdrawal has been declined because I have exceeded the £10 maximum stake in the slots and that my last deposit which was £100 has been credited and all the winnings voided. I wrote him and also in the meantime I wrote an email to the casino as well that my last deposit was £500 and I have not used any ''deposit bonus'' and the £5600 winning should be available to withdraw.. After few emails they've managed to find out that my last deposit was £500 not £100 but replied this: Thank you for your email. Your bonus was not wagered at the time of the case opening. When you made the £ 500 deposit, finance saw that there was evidence of bonus abuse before and after that deposit, so this is what we credited back, i.e £500. 5/11 requested withdrawal finally approved after 3weeks then told there is a delay with direct deposit. Last time there was a delay I waited 3 months. Still no payment. Hi, I created an account there 2-3 months ago. During that time I made many deposits but did not win anything. Last time I was lucky and I have won +1500 euro. When I loged in to payout my winning there was no money on my account. I asked support what is going on the said only due to multiple IP my winning was refused. I was asking many tumes about details answer always was that same. I have only ane account, nobody else using my phone, computer, Home address ir even nobody from my fruends ir family do not have an account ib their casino. When I plaied ib their casino I used ony my mobile phone using my home Wi-Fi or using Internet connectuon provided by my mobile phone operator. I never connected to other provider, wirales or Wi-Fi plaing in their casino so my money cannot be refused regarding this reason. Please intervent in this case because as I see many people have this same problem with this casino. I want to aware everybody to play in this casino because you money will be refused without any reason. I did not recice any information regarding IP issue when I made many deposits. Futhermore, money was refused after winning, I even did not request withdrawn! I think this is niemal practice in their casino and as far as I know stolling money is a crime. My username is rafalec.
