She then said that my request has been sent to the processing dept and that the timeline to receive my check was 10 business days
I call on the 12 th business day only to be told my withdrawal was never sent to the processor and they don't know why or when it will be sent.

Golden Lady Casino - Not letting me withdraw my legitimate winnings
Hi Today my complaint concerns Golden lady Casino and something which happened last monday (23 may) I had a pending withdraw of 1500 euros, but since it was already processed I could play again. I deposited 150 with the usual promotion, the minimum wagering was approx 44000 - Once the wagering covered, I could not withdraw and the promotion has disapeared from my account. Hello Askgamblers. I need some help here. I made a deposit of 2500NOK and won 18.000NOK without any bonus.
I asked for an withdraw and they needed documens, I gave them all of them.
Then I asked how long my withdraw would take, they said 2 days after verify of documents.
Ok, I played at the casino 01/05/2016 and still havent seen any single dime at my account.
I have been on livechat several times and they are telling me that they had problems with Neteller. I talked to neteller about this, and there was no issue there.

Yebo Casino - Possible roulette manipulation?

I am new to the online casino industry and therefore do not know who to complain to at this stage. I copied everyone in that I think can be of assistance in this matter. Any replies with solutions or advice will really be appreciated.
I was gambling from Saturday night from around 8pm right through to Sunday morning 10am. In this time I started realizing that I just can not get to win with Roulette. Now I understand that it's all chance and anything is possible, but what I experienced was completely abnormal and dodgy to say the least. I have been gambling and betting for many years and I always accept my losses and move on, but with what I saw, I need to complain.
WHAT HAPPENED: I would normally place chips all over the table leaving about 2 or 3 open numbers empty or put like a quarter or half chip on some numbers and then I stack other numbers. Throughout the night, the ball kept on falling on my empty numbers or the numbers with the smallest bets about 95% of the time. I accepted this and thought it is just very bad luck UNTIL I saw the following: The ball fell on 1 of my stacked numbers, but the dolly will be placed on another number, which ofcourse had no chips on. Unfortunately I did not think of taking a picture of the first incident (I was not concentrating at the time because I was so tired and depressed), but I tried again to see if its going to happen again and in about 5 spins, it happened again! This time I took the pictures like attached! I stacked about 33/36 numbers and number 15 was 1 of those stacked numbers. 10 was empty! The ball fell on 15 on the wheel (Like in the picture) and the small magnifier showed for a split second that it fell on 15, but then all of a sudden the dolly goes to 10 (My empty number) and the magnifier shows also 10 all of a sudden. The pictures does not tell the story as good and it looked much more dodgy in real time. The pictures also does not show all my chips, because it started clearing the table as I took the screenshots.I also want to say that throughout the night I did not pay attention to the wheel and the magnifier. I was working and the roulette table was minimized and I just checked the result of the spin the whole time. Also when I did watch the spins, I did not check if the wheel corresponds with magnifier and dolly. So I am telling you now, this happened way more than the 2 times I know about.
I've paid R14 973 (Statements attached) over 2 days into Yebocasino's account and its all gone. Now I would have accepted it if it was in a normal casino or on sportsbetting where the bookie or casino cant manipulate the result, but this is a computer generated program. I know for a fact that these systems are "fixed".
I want to say that this is a very serious matter for me because it involves a life changing amount of money that I've lost due to corruption and fraud. I also want to say that I have been in touch with the support manager from Yebocasino, but frankly I don't see him resolving my issue in good time. Too many excuses and stories. Received a mail now from Yebo support stating that they could not recreate the error i've experienced and they going to do further tests.So already it sounds like theres no problem to them, but then how do you explain the picture? Also do not tell me the picture is photoshopped! They can get technicians to analyze and confirm that this is a real screenshot. Also their records should confirm my story. They going to make it as if nothing is wrong and that will blow my gasket!! I am so angry I want to cry and scream.
I will not let this go and because its a big amount of money, I will seek legal advice as well. I want compensation from Yebocasino or RTG and I want it fast. I will not rest until.
Please can any of you assist me with advice of who to complain too and/or claim?

BGO Casino - Unfairly confiscated £190 due to 14p balance?
I'm compelled to complain her for others to see, personally I think it's scandalous and would love to see BGO respond.
Yesterday I decided to try my luck at BGO, I've been a customer for a while , won and lost and decided yesterday to take advantage of a promotion where if I deposit £25 I can get 50 free spins on steam tower. Pre the deposit i had a bonus balance of 4p and a cash balance of 10p, then i deposited £25 and won £2.87 off my free spins meaning I had a total balance of £29.01.
So I played for the next 2 hours at about 80p a game then my balance suddenly shrunk in 1 spin from £240 to about £50...
I have emailed BGO and this is there response...
"Having assessed your account, the reason why your bonus money vanished was because each active bonus awarded has an expiry date attached to it. When you deposited you balance as in fact 14p not 4p, so as this was not below the 5p mark, the wagering did not revoke.
If this date passes, the spins or bonus (including pending winnings) will simply remove themselves from your account. So it seems they are saying I was wagering against expired bonuses and when I had met the wagering requirements the winnings are all cancelled...
Feeling quite bitter on this, have participated in many of their bonuses and never complained before.
BGO, it would be interesting if you could explain in full here why I have lost all the money....if the bonuses had indeed expired then why was I wagering against them and where have all my winnings gone...

Dreams Casino - Where is my check?
On 4/14/16 I requested a withdraw for $1300. I had never done this before and had done it on the phone to make sure it was done properly. I was told at this point that I would have my check the first week of May. I noticed my payment was approved on 4/29/16. It was approved for $1125.00 because there was a bonus which is fine and understandable. I didn't recieve any other information. On aprox the 19th of May I called and was hung up on twice then told to contact withdraws and given the hours they were available on live chat only. I tried this and was told they were gone for the day. I then stated that I had been given the hours of operation and all the sudden I was transferred. Once that happened I was told I needed to email "Tara". I then did this the next day she responded with how my case was a priority but nothing more. A week later I have heard nothing and have emailed her agin with no response. I just want my payment. At this point I do not know what else to do but file this complaint.

77 Jackpot Casino - Breaching their own self exclusion policy
Due to a gambling addiction, I requested that 77jackpot close my account last month. I contacted support and they did this for me.
However over the past 2 weeks I started getting promotional emails from 'Jim Carling' my 'account manager'. I replied to him that I had self excluded and asked for my account to be closed and for no more emails to be sent. I got no response. I did however try to log in to the casino and was able to - they reopened my account! Not good for a gambling addict, so I deposited and played €300. I reached a balance of €1000 euros and tried to withdraw. But I got a message saying 'you are not allowed to make a withdrawal, contact support'. I then contacted live chat who told me I couldn't withdraw, that my account had been verified but I had previously been self excluded.
Why did they let me deposit €300 and re-open my account after it had been closed?? I would not have been able to withdraw anything should I have won and so they have taken my €300 and basically stolen it. I think this is very underhand - reopening my account after self excluding and allowing my to deposit money but not able to withdraw because of my self excluded status. Shame on you 77jackpot. I want my €300 euros back as you have failed to act responsibly and are rather devious in enticing an addict back on in the way that you did.

Cloudbet Casino - Bonuses never released
Attached is screenshot of my dashboard where it shows i have accumulated 8450 loyalty points with cloudbet. The other screenshot shows their loyalty point program stating that 0.01 mbc would be released as a bonus for every 800 loyalty points accumulated. I have accumulated 8450 so my account was overlooked 10 times for a bonus i am due totaling 0.1 mbc. They arrogantly response multiple times now that my loyalty points make me eligible for future rewards and considerations. I dont understand how i can have deposited thousands of dollars with very little withdrawals and they wont admit they wont release the bonuses i am owed. I understand if i didnt get the INITIAL 100 % deposit match bonus because i deposited initially a small amount. I could care less about that first match bonus. However the terms of the loyalty program state no where that if you dont deposit a designated amount to qualify for the first deposit match that you would not qualify for auto matic release of a 0.01mbc bonus for every 800 loyalty points you earn. I was told to speak with "Ally" who is an "escalations manager".
