It has now been over 3 weeks since I first requested my payout of €625.
I have tried contacting them at least 5 times, both by email and by leaving messages to their support who is offline all the time. And I really mean it's offline ALL the time, the "live chat" button on their site only leads to an imageurl of the "live chat" icon. It literally doesn't even have any function what so ever.
They have not contacted me about any kind of documentation or reason to why my payment is being delayed, they have literally not contacted or responded to me at all. Even tho I have tried to contact them multiple times.

Cherry Gold Casino - Unfairly cut my withdrawal with $1500
Hi,
I depositted 1000$ at Cherry Gold with bonus code: NIBBLE150. This bonus gave me 150$ bonus up till 1500$, and some free spins. The wagering requirement was set at 1X bonus only, but the bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable. I specifically contacted support to inform myself well before depositting, and was smart enough to also send a Chat Transcript to myself after this was done.
As you can see in the screenshot i included, I ended with a total balance of 3697.48$ after playthrough requirements were met.
I cashed out, and decided to leave the 1500$ in my account to be taken away by their staff, since i agreed in the chat that the Bonus amount would be deducted from my withdrawal, thus, i knew I could not withdraw this amount.
Then, my payout got Authorized. What they instead did, however, is reduce 1500$ from my actual cashout, and then they also removed the 1500$ which was in my balance, leaving me with a 684.98$ cashout total.
I hope this will be looked into asap, and the remaining 1500$ to be cashed out!

Karamba Casino - Giving me the run around with verification, stalling payment intentionally
Had a win at Karamba on May 28 have sent all docs as required at least 8 times now since 28/5/2016 (today is 3/6/2016. They are not responding to emails other than automated responses which isnt helping me. Chat are not helpful at as each day and 2-3 times a day they are saying they do have docs, then they don't have them then they do again and this in going on and on and on... I have attached screenshots of some mails and I can send on some chat transcripts too if required. I have never ever been this messed around and upset by a casino before. It is actually crazy what is happening. I have also attached RIB doc they asked for but an email says it wasn't approved but they will not answer why it wasn't by chat or email.... The RIB is on bank letterhead and clearly stated BIC, IBAN and all required. However they saying they havent got the RIB although they confirmed they have !!!! I think Karamba are going out of their way to avoid this payout.

Golden Riviera Casino - Refusal of payment after sending ALL required documents including additional ones
I recently submitted a complaint against Golden Riviera Casino regarding the refusal of paying my winnings out to me. The casino required documents to verify my account and I emailed the documents the same day they were requested. The verification could not be completed as one of the documents they received could not be read. I sent another and the casino confirmed they had received all documents successfully. A week later I still had not received my payment and contacted the casino asking where it was. They explained they were still completing the verification process however it was quite unusual it was taking this long. Apparently it was the security department stalling the process. After waiting several more days I was notified via email that my account had been locked and my winnings confiscated as I was deemed 'high risk player'. I AGAIN contacted the support online chat to find out what this meant and they wouldnt answer my questions. All they stated was that I needed to email a photo of my drivers licence, master card (front and back) and a utility bill no older than 3 months.
I sent ALL of these documents to the casino.
I have recently been informed my account will be remained locked and I wont be receiving my winnings even when I was told all documents I sent were successful for verification to be completed. I am owed AU$1300.00 from the casino.

Parklane Casino - Taking too long to self exclude and process payment
I signed up to this site after clicking on a link from a 'top casino' ratings site. I shouldn't have really because I have a gambling problem. Anyway, I deposited £1000 and played for a short while and got up to about £1500 (it's in euros so can't say exactly). I came to my senses and realised I needed to stop before I lost all my money.
Firstly, the withdrawal process is not easy - it simply cannot be done from a mobile device even though you can deposit using a mobile. I went onto live chat and asked them a) can you self exclude me because I have a gambling problem and b) can you process my withdrawal manually as I can't seem to do it on your site from my mobile. I was told that they could not process my withdrawal and that I would have to use a pc (even though I told them I didn't have access to one) and that they couldn't close my account until until the withdrawal was requested.
I eventually managed to borrow a friends computer and make the withdrawal. That was 3 days ago and despite several emails and logging onto chat every day, my account is still open and my withdrawal still pending. I have told them at every opportunity that I have a gambling problem.
Last night I was told my 'account manager' would be in touch this morning. It's not yet happened so I've been on chat again and now I'm told my 'account manager' won't be in until Sunday. So even if that's true (which I'm beginning to doubt) it will be 5-6 days since requesting the self exclusion before anything may be done.
My main concern though is my money. It wasn't until after all this palaver that I did some more research and have found very negative comments about how this company operates and their refusal to pay people their money. Id like to make it clear that I did not use a bonus of any kind - I was automatically given the 200% sign up bonus but went straight to chat before using a single penny and asked them to remove it which they did. I therefore played only with my own money and did not exceed the 30% of deposit single bet rule. I deposited £1000 in one go and played a few £30 spins - so I was playing 3%.
I'm just really worried now, please help!!

Dreams Casino - Still waiting on Approved withdraw
My withdraw was approved on 4/29/2016 i put in for my withdraw on 4/14/2016. I filled out all the forms on 4/14/2016 and confirmed my withdraw method and confirmed all my information again on 4/17/2016. Have contacted Dreams Casino several time by email and live chat. Have been told several time my withdraw was sent to the processor on 5/6/2016. I sent an email to you last night firstly i only got in contact to to query the transactions that had been taken from my account as it appears you only sent 27 payment receipts to all of which i agreed with but more transactions have actually been debited from my card of which i believe have not been authorised and in actual fact were duplicated payments only two were being disputed. Raging Bull Casino - Still haven't received my payment
I requested a payout in the amount of $939.43 on 2/18/16. The payout was authorized on 3/2/16. Raging Bull claims to have made several attempts to pay me by bank wire, however, nothing was ever deposited. I was working with Dean at Raging Bull for the most part, and I am now working with Schalk at Raging Bull regarding my payment of $939.43 . Schalk said since the bank wires did not work, he would try to have the funds credited to my credit card. Schalk's last email to me on 5/10/16 is as follows:
