GalaxyPig Casino - Misleading bonus terms

Made a 15 euro deposit to get the 100% match bonus. Bonus amount was locked, live chat was unavailable so figured I need to play my deposit first because cash is not tied to bonus funds. After I did the bonus amount was still locked. Went through the bonus terms couldn't find any info how to unlock the bonus and finally live chat was available. According to the operator and the terms she stated the deposit amount needs to be wagered 35 times before the bonus is unlocked. Very strange rule, haven't seen it in many other online casinos. The bonus terms on their website are: The bonus amount is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to 250 €. The bonus amount will be totally available for the player to use (play or withdrawal) after all bonus conditions are met. The bonus amount will be transferred from bonus account to your real account after the player claims the bonus on the Balance page under User Account. In order to be qualified for a bonus, the first deposit must be made within 7 days since the customer registration. The minimum amount of the first deposit in order to be qualified for bonus is 10 € or equivalent in local currency. The granted bonus amount must be turnover at least 35 times before funds can be transfer to customer account. The bonus conditions must be met within 30 days after first deposit was made, afterward any claim for bonus will be expired. Nothing about a 35 x wager on the deposit. After I disputed this the operator sends me another text from their general Terms&Conditions which states: All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement is 35x the amount of the initial deposit. Deposit Bonus will be automatically transferred to the bonus account. Deposit bonus will remain as 'Virtual Bonus Money' before all wagering requirements are met. As soon as player completes wagering requirements, all winnings will be automatically converted to 'Real Money' and will appear on the main balance. The main accent is on " All bonuses relate to a deposit needs to be wagered", which the operator refers to as the deposit amount. Well in every other casino All Bonuses relateD to a deposit is the bonus amount not the deposit amount. These are misleading bonus terms by the casino and I feel cheated even though it was a small 15 euro deposit. If I wanted to play with a pure deposit I would have gone to another reputable casino. The operator was clearly not a very good English speaker and by look of the Terms neither was the guy who wrote them

Ive attempted several times to contact slots of vegas members to have them give me a follow-up on payment due to poor communication on their behalf I've sent emails to Bill in their withdrawal department who is handling my request it's June 4 2016 and still nothing on payment. Nothing reassuring me that payment on its way Ive ask for traking number and customer service tells me to contact someone else in their withdrawal department I think it's just the run around delay..delay I made the withdrawal April 15 2016 and approved on April 29 2016 . All before I requested this I asked them if all my information needed to process payment was in their system they said Yes as of Feb 26 2016 come on... Ive deposited several times this is my first request to have my winnings sent to me and slots of vegas is really delaying the payment its pass the time frame they said to wait. Can ASKGAMBLERS help me? All I want is Traking number to see if payment is going to be sent out to me priority mail that way theirs no more wait and I can continue future deposits. 0r go to another casino depending on the out come hope to hear from someone soon.

So I have written through the site and direct to BetChain support email 8 times now. No response in almost two days from them. Their live chat is offline and I have checked so many times it's ridiculous. I wanted to take advantage of the Friday free spins and the slots 300% bonus offer on their site and its frustrating that they are making me feel ignored. I told them I would write a review so here it is. I want this resolved ASAP.

I found betchain online today. I liked the number of card games and thought I would give it a shot. I declined the bonuses and deposited 3 times today. On the third deposit, I won 0.137 on let it ride. Requested a cashout and found out they have to approve this. No where on website did it say this. I play at other Bitcoin websites and the withdrawal is instant back to my circle wallet. I uploaded the documents they ask for and waited over two hours. Sent another email to support, nothing. No reply to 3rd email and 4th after 5 hours. Finally I just said screw it, I'll lose it all since I think I was scammed anyway. Ended up winning and my total came too .31000000. So I said I will give it one more try. I even emailed URGENT on the last one to support and absolutely no reply. It's now after 9pm eastern after starting this around one, not one reply. I can not stand this.

At the begining there was some problems with my deposit, i use my skrill wallet and funds did go of from my Skrill account but did not come to my casino account. Support says at chat that they have to investigate this. and after few days i got email that everything is ok, i got also my bonus. If i remember correct, it was 100% bonus up to 500€. Then i won about 2800€ with that bonus and try to make withdrawal after wagering was made. At that point got some error message that not aloud to make that withdrawal. Talk with support and they inform me that my Skrill account is blocked in their system and i have to use other method to withdraw money. I asked that it is ok to withdraw in my bank account to finland, and they said yes. So i made new withdrawal to my Finnish bank account. After that they asked my verification documents, i send those to casino and they was also approved. then i have to make that withdrawal again and everything seems to be ok. Couple days after that i got message that my casino account is closed and they won't pay any winnings from there

Hi, Recently i made a deposit of £20 with guts casino During this time i was able to work my balance upwards of £950 so i decided to cash out. i was informed that i would have to send verification details plus a picture of the card i used to deposit, so i did and was told it would take up to 72 hours to process. The 72 hours have now passed when i ask the live chat what is going on. my account was immediately blocked and told i breached t&cs of the casinno and was not allowed used third party deposit. Such as someone else card. I read the t&cs and no where does it state third party deposited are forbidden. could someone look into this for me please.

I won around 150 euros with my welcome free spins. I was only able to withdraw 100 euros, because of their cash out restriction for no deposit bonuses (like most sites have). Then I asked their live chat support that can I play the remaining money for fun, since the wagering was done already. And I asked can I do it with high bets, because there was no wagering requirements left anymore (I also checked that I was able to do a withdraw). He told me I can do that, but just do not go under 100 euros and lose your winnings. (I also checked the rules and according to rules after the wagering is done there are no max bets). Then I played till 100 euros and made a withdraw. But before making a withdraw I had to deposit at least 50 euros in order to do a withdraw. So I deposited 50 euros and they removed the bonus amount from free spin winnings (around 20 euros), so I had 30 euros balance and then I won 100 euros with my deposited money and now I was able to withdraw those 100 euros as well (100 euros is min withdraw amount). I sent documents for them etc. and was waiting for a withdraw. Now I found out that my withdraw was denied, because of those high bets which I made after my wagering requirement was done (and I was not able to win more money with those high bets, because the max withdrawal with those free spins were 100 euros). And I also found out that I have only 50 euros balance at the moment, even though I had won 100 euros with my own money and those winnings were waiting until I could withdraw them, because the site allows only 1 withdraw at a time. (for some reason they have removed 50 euros as well from my balance). So overall I lost 150 euros + and most likely I will lose my balance as well since minium deposit is 100 euros (so I have to play with my 50 euros AGAIN to achieve that 100 euros.) and after that my overall lose will be 200 euros. They do not answer to my questions etc, emailing them will not help. They cannot even send me my chat logs from 26.5.2016, where the live chat support told me that the wagering is done and now I am allowed to bet whatever I want to. They stopped answering for my questions after I asked: "which rule did I break, because I only placed over 5 euros bets after the wagering requirement was done and the live chat support told me that I can do that + the rules says I can place over 5 euros bets after the wagering is done". I also have screen shots/phone video of their rules + my game history. Unfortunately I do not have that chat log from 26.5.2016 (because they do not want to send it for me).

i deposited 18 euro, start playing games, had about 11 euros left when tried fruit shop, the game started very strong giving me 5 spins on first bet. i then show my stack reduced to 10.20 but having 1.40 and a free spin remaining but the game kicked me out, (was using google chrome) i tried about ten times to return to fruit shop, when i returned tried to play the free spin but the game stopped again, and after that never saw the free spin and the 1.40 again, after that i entered with mozila firefox the game started but without the freespin and my winnings were no where. I contacted the chat and the agent told me that they are aware of the issue and the developers trying to fix this, and he frendly consulted me to avoid playing the games, but i had allready lost my money. its been almost a month since my withdraw was approved and I still have not got my check. Hi, i only came across this site yesterday as never had a problem with a gaming company before, as usually stick to the main ones advertised on TV. So, please forgive me if I am a bit of a novice and not using the correct wording etc. Anyway Saturday I joined Casino Cruise, deposited 5 times I think, and then deposited the next morning, but still lost. Early Sunday evening I had an email from EveryMatrix stating 'You have recently attempted to register a gaming account on CasinoCruise.com. Our system has detected that you have previously opted to exclude on a website managed and operated by EveryMatrix. etc. It turns out I had joined Jetbull last year, and after spending loads with no return I self excluded from there. I 100% understand that it was my choice to open an account and deposit numerous times with CasinoCruise, however if this is there policy about 'group' self exclusion, then I SHOULD NOT have been able to open the account in the first place! I, as always, used the same details - email address, name, phone number, dob, address etc, so havent lied to try and 'slip through their net'. I'm really angry about this as obviously it was a lose lose situation for me from the start - If I would have won and tried to withdraw, then they would have refused to pay. I know that before when I have tried to open an account (I think it was with Corals..?) that I'd self excluded from Gala as spent far too much, and it came up straight away that I had excluded from a 'sister' site and could not open an account. There system is obvlously 'detecting' players when suits them - either AFTER letting players deposit, deposit deposit and lose. Or suddenly they detect it when a player tries to withdraw. I have contacted CasinoCruise, but they have just replied saying they have forwarded my email to EveryMatrix! in august 2015 I deposited £1500 with leo vegas and won £1400 when withdrawing i was asked twice to send in vitrification documents. even though these were confirmed as verified no winnings paid and after speaking to customer services dozens of times i had an email from Leo Vegas telling me that I won't get my winnings and no refund will be issued. I sent the details to an adjudicator and on 10/5/2016 had an email from leo vegas informing me that they would now be processing my payment. I then had to send in even more verification documents which I did, they again confirmed that these were ok and my payment had been sent to the relevant department for processing, i have sent more emails requesting details but keep getting told my request was with the relevant department for payment processing. All i want is my money which I have waited nearly a year for so far. why does this casino treat people like this, I have used paddy power and other sites for years and have never had any problems

The normal turn around time for what they tell us is 10-15 business days for approval, then another 10-15 business days for you to get your winnings. I have winnings coming to me that were approved. This all started on February 10th. And just about 4 months now, and I still haven't received my winnings. I have emailed numerous times over the last 2 months and I keep getting 1 excuse after another. for the last 6 weeks they have told me this has been escalated, but still nothing. Their latest excuse was I'm sorry we don't do bank wires for 1st time withdrawals. When I first requested the cash out, I requested a bank wire, and probably emailed 10-15 times advising of same. I told them NO CHECK. IT has been one thing after another, new or slow processor and so on. I am dealing with william.g@casinosupportcenter.com. Phone is 1-844-632-0969. I finally got my withdrawal approved and was told it would be sent out in 7 business days. Now I'm being told 10-20 business days. Their information online about this states 7 business days as well. When I inquired about this I just get a pre written text stating the 7 business days. I asked them what happen to the 7 days and they said it really takes 10-20. I don't think it's fair that they state on their site one thing then after you win and request your money they tell you something different.

Hello I have made a deposit of 240 euros on 24bettle casino and had to take part of their 100% welcome bonus. I wager the bonus according to their terms and conditions and I won 6500 euros :) according to their condition could only take out 5,000 euros a month, so I did it. I still had 1500 euros that I played for and won additional 2300 euros. (Total 3800 Euro) When I would take out my profits so they said to me that I have to wait a month because I had already taken out the maximum amount. Once it had been a month so I got an email that it stood that my payment has been denied. I quote below the email. I submitted a withdrawal request on April 6th in the amount of $1000. This was approved for $850 on April 15. I understand that this takes time so I waited patiently for a few weeks then asked for an update. I was told that this was sent to escalations the first week of May. It is now June and I was told all they can say is it is sent to escalations. I was given an email address for Ally and have had no response regarding the status of this. Any information from anyone at all would be great right about now.
