I requested my withdrawal of $480 on May 4th 2016 at 10:55 a.m. then my request for my withdrawal was approved on May the 11th 2016 at 6:29 p.m. since that point in time I have been given the runaround by all their stuff. I have been told numerous times that they escalated my withdrawal and that it should be any day over and over again and yet still nothing. Then when I tried to do a live chat three times in a row there was nobody there after I started the chat and explain my problem they just wouldn't respond. Then when I try to use the customer service phone number the first time someone answered and he said that he couldn't hear me and hung up before I even had a second to say anything then I immediately called back and the same person answered eventually and said please hold for a moment and put me on hold before I could say anything and I waited for 15 minutes and then it hung up immediately again called back the exact same thing happened again I again immediately called back at this point somebody answered and gave me run around telling me to go to live chat. I explained that I was already trying to do live chat at the same time that I was on the phone with them and there was nobody responding to me. I have sent numerous emails over and over again and still nothing.

Dear AskGambelrs I made a complaint about Hertat 2-3 days ago but it was not published yet to due to lack of information. Here is more details to my case Around a week ago I played without a bonus, and won. I played various slot games during my time there. I am not sure what is the reason behind the declination of the payment. If I had to guess, the most likely guess is that I played Devil's Delight game. However that game was not forbidden. They have a bunch of games that are forbidden, but that game is not. Some other Maltese casinos have disallowed this game in their rules, but Hertat has not. I was under the impression that the game was allowed as the rules allow it. However they seem to be using this game play as an excuse to forfeit my winnings. Due to this they should pay me. If they wanted to ban this game, they should write in their rules. Misleading rules is one thing, but having the game in the allowed section and then forfeiting winnings based on that is entrapment. I hope you can help me with my case

I have a pending withdrawl from Captain Jack Casino in the amount of $1030 that was approved on 5/25/2016. I inquired through Live Chat as to the status of this withdrawl and was given an email address and the name of the woman I was to contact through this email. Her name is Ally. She replied to me one time with the canned response of "your withdrawl is in "Escalations", I am your best contact, we are working on this." I have emailed her three times since then and she has not replied. I have contacted Live Chat numerous times and their response is always the same, as well. It is in Escalations, contact Ally via email for updates. I then tell them that Ally does not respond, and still receive no pertinent information. I am very concerned as this is my first withdrawl from Captain Jack, and I have several more pending. Their maximum withdrawl amount is $2500, and on 6/8/2016 I requested 2 separate withdrawls of $2500 each. On June 10th, someone on their end had gone in and changed the two $2500 withdrawls to two $1125 withdrawls and two $1250 withdrawls. I have contacted Live Chat regarding why this happened, and it's just how we do it was the answer. I have advised them that I met their maximum withdrawl limit, and that the payments should not be pushed out for months because they split them up. I also think it would be unfair for me to have to pay four processing fees instead of two. Ask Gamblers, can you help. I feel as if I am getting the run around.

I am having major issues in receiving not my payouts. I have two payouts totaling $500 that were approved for payment on 5/10/16. We are now on business day 25, and I have not been contacted with a tracking number or simply letting me know they have been sent out. 25 days goes well beyond the casinos published guidelines. I have called multiple times, did live chat multiple times, and even sent emails to ally@casinosupportcenter.com multiple times. Phone calls and live chat are useless as o get nowhere with anyone I talk to. I am always told that my case has been escalated and to send an email to the address listed above. Each time I do send an email, it is returned as rejected by their server. I had one Manager contact me earlier this week and all he could say was they are behind in processing payouts. Quick to take my money, but 25 days for a payout!!! Ridiculous!!!

I've made a depoist of $20 via paysafe about at 5.30 am Australian time and it has coming back saying pending which is not right as the funds are not in my paysafe card anymore I have contacted paysafecard and they have confirmed that the payment has gone through they also provided me with the transcation number which is ......... (Supplied to Royal Vegas) I have provided all the transcation number details. I also forwarded them a screen shot of my account balance and transcation history and also forwarded them a confirmation email from paysafe. Royal Vegas responded advising me it will take up 24-48 hours to be recfied which I can not see why it can't be credited to my account immediately?

On or about the 1st of May 2016, I received a free $100 Players Reward Card in the mail. It was sent to me from the Virtual Casino Group and I decided to use it at Royal Ace Casino. Despite their poor reviews, I've played and won at several of VCGs casinos, and was paid promptly. I used a bonus, met the wagering requirements and ended up with a $201 win. The withdrawal was manager approved on 5-11-16. On 6-8-16 I emailed the Payout department and haven't received an answer from them. The chat representatives tell me my withdrawal has been "escalated", but as of this writing, no check has been cut. I've attached my account history from Royal Ace showing the deposit, bonus redeemed and approval of the withdrawal. I've also attached the email I sent that has yet to be answered. I'm hoping AskGamblers can help me secure my winnings.
