Hello, on June 4th I requested a withdrawal from Moneystorm casino after playing a $300 no deposit bonus, I met the play-through and requested a withdrawal for the $150 that they said I was eligible to withdraw. I opened a ticket as per their process and attached the required verification documents. I waited 3 full business days per their website , no response, I did not open any new tickets, I followed up to get any kind of status update on June 9th, no response again, I opened a different ticket through their management ticket\inquiry system, no response. Guts Casino - Funds not received, unable to contact support
I have waited over 1 week for my withdraw funds of $600 back into my Debt Visa.
I have played with this website well over 3 years and never had a problem with them. I have gambled over $30,000 with them and 100% of my withdraws came successfully in the past except for this time.
All other withdraw only took 3 business days and now I have waited a week and funds have no reached me. I knew something was wrong when I did not get my funds after 3 days.
I have spoke to a live chat support named " Timo " and He keeps stating I should wait longer in resulting our conversation did not end well. I have given him a bad rating after he took forever to reply.
Hours later, the live chat button on the website ( bottom right beside the clock ) have now disappeared. I can no longer contact live support anymore. How funny right?
I then took it to the next step and emailed Support@guts.com and it reached.
A support named " Joonas " replied me " I have checked your withdrawal and it's processed 9th June so you should receive it already. If not, please provide us a screenshot of your bank statement whereof we can see transactions since 10th June. With that proof our finance team can investigate with the payment provider. "
So that's what I did. I went to take screen shot of my bank account that showed my past transaction, usage and the current date shown on my online banking page.
I then proceed to send the screenshot and a short statement for a reminder about this and guess what? Now its been declined. I can not send any email to them. It as if I feel I got cheated and scammed.
The failed email said " This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

"
Note: I have tried to send message WITHOUT screen shot because maybe I thought there was an error to the screen shot but no, it still doesent work.
I then proceed to use another email account to try and send Support@guts.com another to test it out thinking something may be wrong with my account but guess what? Its been declined too.
I feel like I got scammed. What do I do? I cant contact live support and I can not reach their support email.
After 3 years playing with them, I don't think I will continue to play with this website anymore.

Cool Cat Casino - Delayed payments, unjustified chargebacks on my withdrawals
On March 18th 2016, I won $10,000 on one game at Coolcat Casino. I immediately requested a withdrawal, broken down into 4 $2500 payments. The first withdrawal was approved on May 23rd for $1699. ($801 was deducted for some chargebacks + the bonus,). At the same time the second withdrawal was approved for $2500. I received a wire transfer in the amount of $3.548.00 on June 2nd. Silver Oak Casino - 3 Months And Still No Pay
I submitted withdraws between March 5th and March 17th totaling 6000-8000 dollars depending on how much they take out for bonuses. I have been in contact with VIP host Candy who has been helpful but she tells me that checks are backed up. 14 Days ago I have deposited there with sofortüberweisung which is an instant deposit method.

I am a very active Bovada Player and had great experiences with withdraws until this year. I requested a $250 withdraw through Visa fast cash March 3rd 2016. The withdraw was approved on March 4th. After multiple correspondences with Bovada customer service through e-mail the deposit was ultimately credited back to my account on April 8th. I requested a withdraw for the $250 through Visa fast cash again on April 8th. The request was approved April 10th and received April 18th. This delay seemed to be truly a third party processing issue after changing processor.
On May 15th I requested a $2,090 withdraw through Visa fast cash. The request was approved May 15th with a statement that the deposit will take an average of 10 business days. The payment remained pending through June 14th until I canceled the withdraw per the recommendation of bovada customer service e-mails with a resubmission through a different withdraw method. I received conflicting information on how business days my withdraw was pending, from 17 (indicated as of June 8th) to 11 (indicated as of June 14th). It was noted that May 27th an e-mail went out about the delays. I did not receive any related e-mail. On June 14th a new withdraw request was initiated through a wire request. E-mail noted the request would be reviewed within 24 - 48 hours for approval and that requests are reviewed in order received (Even though it was a month since the original request was approved!) As of June 17th, 72 hours after requesting the withdraw, request is still awaiting approval. I called customer service on June 17th and spoke to a representative who researched and noted the withdraw request was still under review but that I should receive an e-mail back within 48 hours. The representative indicated once approved the deposit would be received within 10 - 15 business days. In the correspondence in prior e-mails concerning canceling the original withdraw and initiating a new one indicated 5 - 10 business days. Becoming concerned about why the withdraw is being delayed. I am using this forum after many e-mails and conflicting information being provided in hopes that this can be resolved in a trust building way without unnecessary additional internal processing delays.

Planet 7 Casino - Getting the run around with verification and still no payment!
I requested a withdrawal on 5/22 the same day i submitted all the verification documents needed. I chatted online with several Reps and was told that I needed to wait 3 - 7 days for the approval process. after the 3rd day it was declined because they said they had not received my verification documents. I resubmitted the request and they approved it in 3 days, however, I did not re-submit the verification documents. That being said, they had it from the beginning, so now the 5/22 request has turned into a 5/28 request, already a 6 day delay. then I submitted another request for a withdrawal that was approved after 5 days. It's been almost a month and all I ever hear is that it is being processed. I have gone over the time frame that they said it would take to get the winnings. Vegas To Macau Casino - One month delayed payment due to problems with processors
I won 1603,50€ at Vegas to Macau Casino. This was on 17/05. When I didn't get my winnings, I asked with live chat some days later, they told me they didn't know and I should come back later when the manager is in the office.
I came back on 26/05 and live chat told me they had send me an email that I should send a selfie with my ID. I sent that the very same day. When I still didn't receive my winnings, I checked back some days later and was told that although my documents had been approved now, the payment would still need some days as they had some issues with their payment processor.
So I asked them to send me a bank wire instead, and they told me they would write me an email. I never received such email, and never heard back again from Vegas to Macau.

As of today's date of June 20, 2016, I have gotten nothing but excuses and repeated phrases (like "anytime soon" and "expedite your request"). I have been instructed to submit documentation from different hosts for different payment methods and it seems none of them knew what the other was doing/requesting??? Now I have submitted all documentation for all payment methods they have offered (bank wire, prepaid card, deposit back on my debit card, check payment). The last offer is bank wire offer from "Jennifer" so I submitted all information on June 2, 2016 and now she says (again) my wire will be $1688 and should come through "anytime soon." That was on Friday, June 17, 2016. This week will make about 4 months of trying to receive my winnings. I have been a loyal patron for several years so I don't understand why this is happening.
